We would also love to invite you to pour yourself a delicious glass of wine or make a cocktail in our wet bar to unwind after a long day, or if you're a coffee-lover, we invite you to enjoy our Keurig coffee maker and indulge yourself with a great cup of java. Additionally, this home has a UV air purifying system designed to reduce indoor air pollutants and microorganisms like mold, bacteria, and viruses. It can sleep six people comfortably in beds plus airbeds upon request.

The house consists of two bedrooms (two king beds), two bathrooms with luxury walk-in showers and delicate custom glass doors, a pull-out couch (queen bed), a kitchen with a HUGE granite island and top of the line stainless steel home appliances, dining space, living room area, a perfectly designed open floor plan and beautiful vaulted ceilings that accents the beautiful home. The home also has a brand new driveway for off-street parking space for 2 or 3 cars and plenty of room for on-street parking if you need extra space. Additionally, this house consists of a big veranda with nearly 500 sqft of covered outdoor living as well as a fire pit, a private back deck named "The Alcove," a grill, a spacious and completely private sitting area perfect for a family or friend get together.

*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee, which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest's card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously. It is and will always be our top priority. Our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team-members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay. We are following all of the CDC guidelines. We are proud members of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA).
