This adorable and modern casita boasts one bedroom (Queen Bed), a master bathroom, an office area, a beautiful living room area, and a stunning kitchen with everything you need to cook a perfect meal for your loved one. Additionally, this casita has a lovely outdoor backyard and deck area for you to enjoy for great evenings, your favorite glass of wine, or your morning coffee outside.

This property consists of two separate and private casita rentals on the same property. Your rental is the Front House, and then there is a back house away and private from your rental. The back house rental and separate from your rental does not have access to the backyard, and it is your private space during your stay. If you'd like more space or have a bigger group, if available, the whole property can be booked together where it will sleep 4 total people.

For awareness, this property does not have a washer and a dryer. However, one of our team members can guide you to a laundry-mate nearby if needed. There is plenty of parking for one vehicle in the driveway and additional free parking on the street if needed.

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. Our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team-members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay. We are following all of the CDC guidelines. We are proud members of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA). We are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. Now more onto the amenities and space of this lovely & luxurious home.

*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $29 fee, which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest's card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
