The home, built in the 1940s, has been completely remodeled with new furniture, fresh paint, refinished hardwood floors, and an updated bathroom. It has a sizeable, fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. The home has TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Sleeps 4 people comfortably, but can sleep 6 with a sleeper sofa.

The large backyard deck offers a great place to relax while watching birds and deer in the morning or evening after a day of shopping in town or touring the many wineries and breweries in the area. A new game room out back welcomes you to some foosball or your choice of board games while watching your favorite TV show or movie. There are also outdoor games to enjoy: corn hole, bocce ball, and croquet. Come stay at this awesome home in the heart of Fredericksburg!

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, and gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.

We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by the guest may be charged by Cozi to the guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
