The 1929 Craftsman Charmer is located just blocks away from historic downtown Fredericksburg, making it the ideal location for your vacation to the Hill Country. The home features two bedrooms and two baths, the main bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom a Queen.
If you enjoy soaking in a hot bath then you will love the clawfoot tub in the first bathroom but if you prefer a shower then the second bathroom is for you. Planning to cook? The kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal or something to snack on. After a full day in town or enjoying the local winery scene, you can all head out to the spacious backyard to gather around the fire table or take a soak in the 6-person hot tub! This charming property is the perfect place for a couple’s weekend getaway, small family gathering or friends meet-up.
There are 2 rental units on this property separated by a 6 1/2 foot tall privacy fence. This listing is for the main house. The second unit, the Wash House, is a studio apartment behind the 1929 Craftsman Charmer, accessed by the driveway.

*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable damage waiver fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by the Guest may be charged by Cozi to the Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
