Charming home perfect for our group of 3 couples for our 4 days of wine tasting! We loved the comfy beds and en suite bathrooms. The large kitchen was well appointed and the living room was large enough for all of us to relax. We didn’t have time for the hot tub or fire pit this trip but hope to return!

The photographs really do not do the home justice. It’s beautiful. Really comfortable, a little further from “the heart” of main. But, definitely still plenty of shops and coffee and restaurants within walking distance from the house. The downstairs bedroom has the two beds and also has a little kitchenette and bathroom which is convenient. Loved everything.

This house was fantastic! Everything was all quality from the design, furnishings, comfort, amenities to the towels and bedding. I felt taken back to Old Fredericksburg but modernized. I loved the cozy old farmhouse design of the house. The pictures don't depict how cozy it is but still very spacious. My only complaint is that this is not my house.

Lovely house close to Main Street. Kitchen was well stocked and the staff were quick to respond to issues. Bathrooms were clean and updated! Super quaint charming home!

It was a beautiful place that I would stay in again and again. The owner thought of every little thing. So nice to not have to run out for paper towels, trash bags, and TP! The beds were comfortable, plenty of extra blankets, towels, and just everything you might need! It was perfectly located and we will definitely be back.

The house was amazing and so nicely decorated! The only issue was microfiber sheets, which they replaced with cotton when we asked. Otherwise, the rooms were tidy, and the bathrooms stocked with all the toiletries needed. We will definitely visit here again!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay in this beautiful property. The pictures didn't do it justice. The house was immaculate and the location was perfect and quiet. The only thing wrong was that the coffee maker was not working properly and took over 1 hour to make 8 cups of coffee. I would certainly recommend it and would go back and stay here again. This house is beautiful!!! So clean and perfect for a big group. 8 people slept comfortably. Perfect location, walking distance from everything on Main Street and there’s an H‑E‑B right down the street as well. Only 4 min drive to the 290 wine shuttle too!! This house is awesome and rates as maybe the nicest Airbnb I have rented.
This house is at the back of the lot but completely separate from a front house on the same property. It is located within walking distance of many businesses on West Main. I would describe it as an upstairs apartment over the garage. Much larger, however, with two large bedrooms (each with king beds) and two full bathrooms upstairs along with a well appointed kitchen and sitting area. Plus there is a large downstairs bedroom with two queen beds, full bathroom, and kitchenette. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated.
There are large wall-mounted flatscreens in each each bedroom and the living room with Netflix, Disney, and other streaming services. Cozi even had a wall-mounted touchscreen for communication and check out.
Bring or purchase charcoal if you intend to grill out. On the last night we lost Internet service, however, it was back online in the morning.

The pics online, do not do this precious property, justice! Incredibly clean and decorated with beautiful tiles and colors!! We were disappointed that for the week night high price, there was no bottled water, creamer, snacks or breakfast left? Every house we’ve rented... 15 or more, left a breakfast cake or pastries, milk, creamer, and bottled water. This house has a britta. We were also disappointed that we were asked to take our trash and strip the beds? We have never been asked this, in ANY property. There was zero hot water, in any of the showers. It was a harsh awakening, to take freezing cold showers! We also received several messages about check out time, Starting early on our departure day. Seemed very cold and uninviting. Sad because the property is immaculate and we loved the decor. For the high price and lack of “That special, warm fuzzy welcome, feeling, We would probably stay again, but be prepared to take breakfast foods and bottled water. We assume the hot water issue will be fixed. Beautiful home! Cannot stress that enough....so plan it right, and you will love this property!!!

Very well taken care of, clean, lots of kitchen things to cook, bathroom toiletries readily available, very close to downtown and plenty of parking. Our only issue was that the hot tub took a long time to warm up to desired temperature. Very easy to check out and definitely on my list to book again in the future.

My family and I dubbed this the “They Didn’t Have To But They Did Anyway” house. It is perfection. The best Airbnb stay I’ve ever had! This house is appointed with the most incredible attention to detail and is the most homey and cozy place I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location is fantastic, though honestly, we didn’t want to leave the house much as it was so welcoming and had everything we needed.
Of note, when booking, I didn’t realize that there are actually ~two~ houses on this property which are separated by a wooden fence in the yard between the two. We still had plenty of privacy and each house has its own outdoor seating area and hot tub, but just be aware that if absolute seclusion is what you want, you may not be happy with having another rental house in front of yours. One other thing worth noting is that the stunning fireplace you see in the living room is for “decorative purposes only” (even though there was soot and a log in the fireplace?).
That said, this place was an absolute dream to stay in. So many thoughtful details, comfortable beds and the couch is just amazing...wait until you sink into it! I desperately want the contact info of the contractor of this place because the craftsmanship and materials used are just breathtaking. We cannot wait to stay in this house again, and any other Cozi rental we can find in the future! Snag this place if it’s available!

My friends and I stayed at this property during a quick wine-tasting trip to Fredericksburg and it was great! The house was well-appointed and we loved the modern farmhouse style. The location can’t be beat, just 1 block from Main!
There are two bedrooms upstairs with king beds and one bedroom downstairs with two double beds and a mini kitchen. All bedrooms have a private full bathroom! House was very nice and clean. Perfect for 3 couples. One of the few three king bed and three bath room houses I’ve found in town.
Only thing I would recommend is wood for the fire pit outside and the hot tub is small, two couples fit but with three couples it would be very tight.

Loved location, beautiful home. We were excited for the stay. It was just an overnight everything looked like it was going to be cozy but when we went to bed we found the bed tilted so bad we couldn’t sleep in it. Our friends had better luck. When one friend in downstairs room went to take shower the pipes were leaking pretty bad. On day of departure we let the company know and they said they would fix for future renters which is great but would have liked a little more apology regarding our stay. I felt we were old news and he did not have time ?. Anyway would I stay here again. Possibly.

Amazing place! We booked this house for a last minute trip to Fredericksburg and man did we luck out. This place is very updated/new, very clean, has great amenities and is located very close to main street with its restaurants and shopping. My family and I chose this property for a long weekend getaway and it was nothing less than perfect! The location was great, on a quiet street, but within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! The house itself was beautifully decorated and clean. Due to a system issue we didn't receive out check in info ahead of our check in time, but the property management company was quick to reach out so we had all the necessary info in time. Missy was a great host and we loved her property so much! The home was beautiful and was perfect for our group of 6 to relax and spend time together for the weekend. We had a trip booked the day before the Gov shut down all the restaurants, wineries etc for COVID-19... But we made the most of a rainy, boring weekend at this home and still had a good time. The house was stocked with all kinds of things I wouldn't have expected, which was an added bonus! The owners were super helpful and great to communicate with. We would and WILL definitely return at another time when we can enjoy Fredericksburg fully!

When our family travels as 3 adult couples, one couple always feels like that got the shaft. Not so here, nobody had a preference for any other bedroom/bath combination. They were all great.
We spent one night sitting around the fire pit for hours. There was kerosene starter sticks and plenty of firewood to keep the fire going strong.

Our foursome consists of a married couple & two single friends. We rented both the Zwei & Studio to accommodate our group. The house was PERFECT for us on several levels. Each person/couple had their private bath & king size bed - which was exactly what we needed. We are first-time VRBO customers and I don’t know that we will ever be fortunate enough to find anything as wonderful as the Sheltons provided. Beautifully decorated, comfortable space, and everything a traveler might need was provided. Missy even made sure light “do it yourself” breakfast items were available if we decided to cook. We couldn’t be any happier with our experience, in spite of the unusually freezing temps during our stay!!

Myself and 5 cousins just finished a 4 day, 3 night stay in the fabulous Zwei/The Studio in Fredericksburg. I had stayed at Missy's other house, Das Tejas, in the past, so knew of her extraordinary hospitality and we were not a bit disappointed with her new property.
With king beds/ensuite/tv's in each room - two kitchen and plenty of space to spread out - we felt right at home. Every amenity was provided in spades and lots of instructions around for TV's, heating, etc....
With the property one block from Main Street, it is perfectly located for shopping, restaurants and just a beautiful neighborhood.
We had a great time and the Zwei is decorated like something in a designer magazine - but comfortable and homey. Loved it all!

This home has it all! Charming on the inside and out. Perfect location - close to Main Street. Rooms and living space are so spacious and comfortable. Perfect for group of 6 ladies or 3 couples.
