El Monte Ranch will accommodate up to 16 guests in comfort. The property unfolds as a harmonious composition of a three bedroom Main house and two bedroom guest house, both of which are at your disposal.

Bathed in an abundance of natural light pouring in through large, expansive windows, the space is immediately illuminated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Had to look for a large place to host our annual club event and this place fit the bill. It is on a beautiful private area where you will want to stay and enjoy the house. The check-in & out instructions were super clear and this place is beyond beautiful. Cozi Vacation Rentals were amazing to work with and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a retreat in the hill country. HIGHGLY RECOMMENDED.

This house is on piece of property with a great view! It’s conveniently only a few mins into Kerrville, but far enough out to make it very quiet and private. The house and guest house are nicely decorated and comfortable. It was surprising how steep the driveway was down the guest house, but still walkable. The main automatic gate opener was finicky more times than not, but we always got through. There is a great infinity end pool and hot tub, but unfortunately we were unable to use the pool due to the cooler weather nor the hot tub because it was having issues. The properly management team was quick to respond and even sent someone out to take a look, but unsuccessful in getting it up and running during our entire stay. Having the firepit to make s’mores was a good backup for the kiddos. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but It’d be an even better place if those couple issues were resolved and working properly.

This house is simply amazing: Every amenity you could ask for, gorgeous views, clean, and beautifully decorated. Our 4 boys and their 4 friends had a great time exploring the property, playing pool and ping pong, swimming, and sitting around the fire pits. They didn’t even ask for electronics the whole trip!
