Truly a wonderful house

We enjoyed this house very much. In fact it is my favorite of all the homes we’ve rented in Fredricksburg. It was spotlessly clean. In fact I didn’t even see a hair or a spec of dirt in the whole house. It was located a few blocks from Main Street and it was nice and quiet. There is a great covered patio with comfy chairs to enjoy time outside and watch the chickens that live next door. That was so fun! The beds were SUPER comfortable. I slept like a baby and normally I only sleep well in my own bed. The linens were high quality as were the towels…. Soft and thick and extra large. The shower was AMAZING! It was very luxurious with side shower heads and a huge rain shower head in the ceiling and a hand held shower head. The upper ones have separate controls if you want to avoid getting your hair wet. The temperature and pressure were perfect. The family room has a nice big television with streaming service and a wonderful giant u-shaped sofa. There are tons of board games, card games, etc to keep you busy, too. The beautiful well-stocked kitchen has everything that you need to cook if you choose including a crock pot, instant pot, all kinds of utensils… a nice fridge and little dining area with a counter and barstools too. The house was roomy so we didn’t feel cramped. There were three of us. I can’t say enough good things about this house. I really hope it’s available for our next ladies weekend so we can stay again.

The house was beautiful. It was a short drive to main & easy to find. The art and colors used were gorgeous. The huge sectional was comfortable & great for playing games. The house is stocked up with a TON of games! The kitchen was perfect size. You will need seasonings, but that’s the only thing we needed. The beds and linens were amazing, the rooms were comfortable size.The back yard was huge. Not very private but there are chickens & a rooster we affectionately named Mr. Pants. We met the neighbors & they were very friendly. (And found out Mr. Pants is actually named Waco, so is now Mr. Waco Pants) Our only complaint was the TV. We had to contact the management company several times bc it wouldn’t stream. The first response I got was essentially “just don’t stream during peak hours.” After three calls, it was as easy as needing an admin password. Both service techs were great & customer service was friendly after initial response. Definitely recommend the home. We would rent again!

We loved this house! The humongous couch, tv and luxurious guest shower make this place a 12/10. We also loved watching the chickens next door in the mornings. Would absolutely stay again. Not quite close enough to walk to Main Street, but it was a very quick and easy drive.

Great Place, lots of room very comfortable couches and living room, Beds are queen sizes and very comfortable. Locations is good and would definitely recommend to others. Fire pit looks nice but you will need to take your own firewood to use it. Overall we loved it and can't wait to go back again.

The house is gorgeous as shown in the pictures. It’s clean and close to main st.( 5 mins drive). It has a spacious living room with a very late and cozy sectional sofa! We spent whole night in the sofa!!!!

The host is very responsive via Airbnb app and the check-in process is stream-less ( smart lock).
Highly recommend if you are going to visit Fredericksburg.

House was absolutely beautiful inside and very well maintained. Very clean and super cute. We were pleasantly surprised. Owners did a great job updating everything. Living room was a nice surprise as well having an oversized sectional that fit our entire family. Guest shower had a great upgrade with body sprayers. that my boys thoroughly enjoyed. Love that they provide you with puzzles and games in case you decide to stay in. Only downside would be one of the queen mattresses in the guest room was on the harder side and had a thin blanket. So for people like me who have a bad back and get cold easily, especially in the winter, it was not the right bed for my husband and I. However, the one in the opposite bedroom was super soft and had a thick cozy comforter which we absolutely loved. Felt like Goldilocks trying all the beds lol. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would not suggest walking to Main St from there as it is just a little too far but still close enough for a very short drive to get to everything. We would definitely stay here again. Overall wonderful experience.
