Welcome to Hidden Haven Villa! This hidden treasure is just minutes away from lively and historic downtown Fredericksburg and the ever so popular 290 wine trail. This gorgeous upscale condo offers an open and spacious floor plan and delightful private outdoor space featuring a patio complete with a BBQ grill, a relaxing hot tub and a small fire pit!
Welcoming and inviting describes this modern farmhouse style condo, the living room is cozy and comfortable with a plush sofa and an electric fireplace to add ambiance to a romantic evening in case you want to snuggle up with someone special and watch a movie. Each of the spacious bedrooms feature king size beds and en-suite bathrooms for privacy. The kitchen is a foodie’s dream with a large center island and stainless steel appliances for your cooking pleasure if you wish to dine in or bring home some leftovers for a midnight snack. After you have had an enjoyable day exploring Fredericksburg and picked up a bottle of wine from your favorite winery of the day, step outside and take a nice long relaxing soak in the hot tub or sit by the fire pit and sip on a glass of wine. Hidden Haven Villa is the perfect spot for a romantic weekend for two, a friend getaway or for two couples traveling together!

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, and gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.
We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions.
*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable damage waiver fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by the Guest may be charged by Cozi to the Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
