Welcome! This Large Luxury Rental is ideal for families, groups, social gatherings, or company retreats. The unique floor plan includes two living areas; one downstairs with a large sectional sofa, two small sofas, chairs, and TV, and upstairs with a couch, tv, and pool table. There is also a full kitchen, formal dining area, sunroom, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The amazing outdoor area has a firepit, grill, and newly built spa room.

The South-wing of the house boasts an open living room, laundry room, and primary bedroom with a large closet and en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity. The upstairs portion of the home is accessible from this side of the house. Both kids and adults will love hanging out upstairs playing pool, board games, or watching tv. There is also a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with a stand-up shower available upstairs. The middle portion of the home is where you will find the full kitchen, formal dining area, and sunroom.

The North-wing of the home is connected via a hallway and features three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom to your left is a kid's room with two bunk beds. The second bedroom at the end of the hallway has two queen beds. The third bedroom is another primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bath. The shared hallway bathroom is the only bathroom with a tub/shower combo; the other three bathrooms have only showers.

As comfortable as the inside of the house is, you may spend more time outside around the fire pit or in the fabulous spa room. The plunge pool is available year-round but can only be used as a hot tub from October 1st - to February. For parking, the driveway allows for two cars, and street parking is available for two more. Cozi will provide instructions on how to access the garage once you confirm your booking with us and when we send our welcome packet and check-in instructions before your arrival.
