Its location is unbeatable as it is only two blocks from lively Main St. downtown, making it a premium choice during your visit to Fredericksburg!
The main house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious open kitchen, dining room, and living room space. Beautiful hardwood floors lead you throughout this charming home. Ladies, you will love the makeup bar with stools and bright lighting located in the hallway. The back bedroom has an en-suite bathroom; the second bathroom is in the hallway between the second and third bedrooms. Each bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double vanity. Beautiful french doors open out to the house's side yard with a fire pit, hot tub, grill, and seating.
The two-bedroom, two-bath guest house sits behind the main house and may be accessed by the side yard or the driveway entrance. Each bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest house also has a small cozy living room, full kitchen, and dining area. This luxury retreat will accommodate up to ten guests and is ideal for a small family reunion, a ladies' weekend away, or a couple's getaway!
