The home has three bedrooms (one king, one queen, two singles, and two airbeds), two luxurious full baths, dining room, kitchen, hot-tub and access right out to the fire-pit with six Adirondack chairs.
This house is a real gem due to its luxury amenities and an unbeatable location right near Main St. This luxury rental will make the perfect and unforgettable staycation or getaway with your loved ones, families, and friend!
This home is on the front side of the property facing the street directly. It is 100% private. There is a vacation rental about 200 feet behind this specific property, but it closed off by a privacy fence. You only get access to the front side of the property all the way up to the privacy fence line where the tiny house is and the fire pit.
At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team-members are wearing masks, gloves, and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay. We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions.
