In the living area, a caramel leather sofa and a pair of armchairs sit in front of a large flat-screen TV (1 of 4 flat screens at the rental!). Wood-beamed ceilings frame this classic space, which is ideal for quiet evenings in. But if the fresh air is calling, head outside to the second living area! Under the porch shade, a plush sectional sofa and armchair create a cozy conversation area overlooking the fenced backyard. Nearby, a firepit with 8 Adirondack chairs lets you gather around a crackling fire and share stories of the day’s adventures.
KITCHEN and DINING -
You will have an abundance of restaurants to pick from just a couple of miles away from your rental, of course. But if you enjoy cooking, you’ll want to reserve some time to put this charming, fully stocked kitchen to good use! Open shelving, stainless appliances, and smooth quartz countertops—including a peninsula with two barstools—make it easy to prep everything from pancake breakfasts to mid-day snacks to all-out feasts. The kitchen’s open-concept layout leads into the dining area for 6 (with overflow seating at the bar). Grillmasters will also appreciate the stainless BBQ grill on the patio!
BED and BATH -
This one-level home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bed features an updated, ultra-comfortable mattress and high-quality linens. Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and a starter supply of personal care products. The primary suite features a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bath with a subway-tiled walk-in shower and a double-sink vanity. In the second bedroom, you’ll find another king bed and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is sleepover-ready with two twin-over-double bunk beds (sleeps 4-6) and its own flat-screen. The shared second bath also has a double-sink vanity with plenty of room for your products, as well as a tub/shower combo with modern tile work. Pack a little lighter and make use of the laundry/mud room with a washer and dryer!
