This home offers an open and spacious living room and dining room, making it the perfect space for amazing dinner and cocktail nights! The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious three bedrooms (1 King and 3 Queen) offer luxury bedding and mattresses that provide an optimal and comfortable night’s sleep after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. This stunning property has two full bathrooms with walk-in showers. This home also includes an outdoor covered porch with a grill and outdoor seating.
Lastly, the driveway of the home will fit four vehicles. At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
