The front door opens into the bright and welcoming living and dining areas. Honey-colored wood floors add charm and warmth to the open space. A velvety soft sofa and two armchairs surround a coffee table and face the large, mounted flatscreen television. Whimsical artwork and chic accent pieces add a thoughtful style to the living area. This is a great place to kick your feet up and relax with your favorite TV show.

Next to the living area, a spacious dining table with seating for four is illuminated by a unique, rustic-inspired chandelier and leads into the kitchen. Crisp white cabinets sit underneath gleaming slabs of dove gray quartz countertops. A convenient island has beadboard detail and casual bar stool seating for two. The full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric range, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffeemaker.

In the first of three immaculate bedrooms, two twin-size beds sit in charming wood frames. A full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower is accessible from the hallway. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed set against an elegant upholstered headboard. The third and final bedroom is the primary suite— complete with a sumptuous king-size bed, flatscreen television, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower.

The backyard of Blue Bonnet Haus is truly exquisite. There’s a cozy screened-in porch area for relaxing in your pjs with a cup of coffee in the mornings. Outside through the screen door is a sprawling wood deck that leads down to a lush green lawn. Custom wood benches surround a built-in fire pit and create a picture-perfect space for happy hour socializing or late nights sipping wine by the crackling fire.
