This home has been recently renovated and is full of breathtaking and tasteful details, thick stone walls, and tall ceilings. This luxury rental is an impressive home just by the location itself, only one block from Main Street making all the must-see spots in Fredericksburg at walking distance. It sleeps 6 people comfortably in beds plus airbeds upon request.

The house is private and consists of three bedrooms (two king bed, and two twin beds), two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining space, living room, and a driveway perfect to fit 3 cars. Additionally, this house has an accessible bathroom, has a fire pit and sitting area perfect for a family or friend get-together. This home also includes a shared laundry room area that is available to you during your reservation.


At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.


We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $39 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
