Introducing The Homestead House a stunning luxury rental that has been tastefully designed with a critical eye. This beautiful home is located in the Historic District, a beautiful reminder of Fredericksburg’s bygone era. This home has been recently renovated and consists of two separate homes both perfect for privacy connected but separated by a wall with a private walkout to get access to both homes, both have separate entrances, making it ideal for large groups, families or friend get together. It can sleep 14 people comfortably in beds plus airbeds upon request.

The Homestead-Main House is private and has four bedrooms (two king beds, one queen bed, and two twin beds), three bathrooms, a kitchen, dining space, living room, and a driveway perfect to fit 2 cars. Additionally, this house has a private wine cellar room, a fire pit, and a sitting area perfect for a family or friend get-together. The Homestead-Carriage House is also completely private and consists of three bedrooms (two king beds, and two twin beds), two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining space, living room, and a driveway perfect to fit 3 cars. Additionally, this house is accessible, has a fire pit and sitting area perfect for a family or friend get together.

*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team-members are wearing masks, gloves, and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay. We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions.
