This luxurious two-story home has just been freshly built, a charming home ideal for families and small groups. This home boasts a gorgeous and breathtaking backyard deck, a hot tub, and an outside propane fire pit to enjoy with friends and family. Additionally, if you have kids, they will enjoy, have fun, and be entertained by the designated space to play Cornhole. The home is tastefully designed to give a modern feel with spacious living to provide you with the perfect space for entertaining and socializing. This property is located only a short 3-minute drive from Main Street, making it a top and premium choice during your visit to Fredericksburg.

Our Cozi Team is here to ensure your stay and experience are as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. This stunning home offers 4 spacious bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twins) with 2.5 baths, including a bathroom with a bathtub. It also has a spacious living and dining area that is completely equipped to handle friends and family gatherings, wine tastings, and an intimate setting, depending on your preferences. The kitchen is fully stocked with plateware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses, and other basic necessities for those wishing to dine in or entertain. This home can sleep eight people comfortably.

The spacious and comfortable bedrooms offer the latest in mattresses and bedding, offering optimal comfort and a luxurious night's sleep, especially after a long day exploring and enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and all its local wineries.

Additionally, this home has a fantastic deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or even a late-night evening cocktail. A tastefully decorated space, with the ideal lounging area and a propane fire pit.

Lastly, in the house, you can find a laundry area for your convenience. There is also plenty of parking available for two vehicles in the driveway and additional free parking on the street if needed.

Great place for a fun weekend!

Beautiful House!

This property was a great find for a group of 8 girls visiting Fredericksburg. The house was a close drive to restaurants, hiking, and vineyards. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and propane fire pit. All 8 of us slept comfortably and were able to get ready for the day in good timing with the 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. There was an adequate amount of full sized mirrors to use as well. Would definitely book again.

Loved our family stay it was so cute !! Close to everything we visited Das Peach Haus walked the main strip 5 mins away went to Lady Bird Johnson golf course 13 mins away they also have a kids play area next to the river there so we brought the kids back and fed the ducks it was so a wonderful time we definitely will be back to enjoy and make more memories thank y’all so much

We loved this modern and spacious place!!! It looked just like the pictures and was very roomy for 7 ladies to stretch out and share the space. It was just minutes to the downtown Main Street area.

Perfect House

This house is in the perfect spot in Fredericksburg! You could walk to a great bakery for breakfast or if you're okay with a longer walk some great restaurants. It's a quick drive to lots of shops and wineries. The house is set up perfectly to accommodate everyone. Even when we relaxed in the backyard space everyone had ample room to relax. There is a modern feel to the house with plenty of parking. All seven of us would stay again.

The house was the perfect size for our girls trip, it looks small on the outside but big enough on inside. It was decorated cute and was cozy. It was clean and the towels were super soft. The beds were firm but comfortable.
