This fully remodeled home boasts of a "Chip & Joanna Magnolia-type" décor; a modern farmhouse theme with beautiful hardwood floors, black & white tiled bathrooms, and sprawling high ceilings that include beautiful wood rafters and cross beams.

The lovely outdoor space includes a hot-tub, grill, firepit, and pleasant string lights along with a large backyard; sizable, covered patio; and comfortable seating (including two hanging swing chairs) where you'll be able to enjoy nights outside after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg, hiking at Enchanted Rock, and the incredible wine country here. For the competitive types, the home also includes an ESPN regulation size ping-pong table. For those who need to catch up on a few work projects, the home includes a desk in one room and comfortable seating within each of the bedrooms. This home is ideal for couples, families & groups of friends who want luxury and wish to be near Main St! Your simple walk down one of the intersecting streets will land you directly in the heart of the focal point of Main Street, where excellent restaurants, downtown wineries, and shopping abound.

The house consists of four bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed, two full beds, and two twin beds), one bathroom that includes a large, luxury walk-in shower, and a second bathroom that includes a combo shower/bathtub. The large master bedroom also includes a queen sofa bed. The luxury kitchen is an open concept with main living areas allowing guests to easily mingle, relax, and dine together. One exciting feature in this modern farmhouse kitchen is an original, fully functioning 1950s Maytag oven along with many modern appliances. The kitchen also includes a large center island with barstool seating for 4 guests. The dining space sits up to six additional people at once; so up to 10 guests can easily dine together given the home's open concept design. The home also has a driveway for off-street parking space for 2 cars and plenty of room for on-street parking if you need extra space.

*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $29 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
