This stunning guest suite has two spacious bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms, one of them being an ensuite private master bathroom. This beautiful guest suite comes with a big full kitchen, new appliances, an indoor dining space, and a living area. The suite is the best place for you and your loved ones to enjoy a family game night, enjoy the collection of travel books or just a casual wine night to dream about your next adventure! At this home, you will enjoy an evening of relaxation in your own private hot tub or unwind and relax after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg with a glass of wine by one of the fantastic firepits in the courtyard. The Wanderlust has available for you excellent amenities located in the outdoor shared space, which has a charcoal grill, picnic tables, covered pavilion, and multiple fire pits.

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. Our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members wear masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.

We are following all of the CDC guidelines. We are proud members of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA). Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking.*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.

• Please note that the four-plex house is divided into four suites and the shared courtyard area is between them. Outdoor amenities such as a grill, tables, and fire pits are shared by other guests.
