This Stunning New Luxury Rental is a true Texas Hill Country home. It has been meticulously designed to provide guests with a luxurious and comfortable stay. This freshly remodeled home is truly nestled in a premier location. This home is ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends who want luxury and a private stay.

You are minutes away from great food and shopping like Crossroads Steakhouse and Fredericksburg Winery off Main St., making this home the perfect place to have a getaway with your loved ones. We would also love to invite you to pour yourself a delicious glass of wine or make a cocktail in our brand new kitchen to unwind after a long day, or if you're a coffee-lover, we invite you to enjoy our Keurig coffee maker and indulge yourself with a great cup of java. It can sleep twelve people comfortably in beds, pull-out couch, plus airbeds upon request. The house consists of four bedrooms( 2 King Bed and 3 Queen Beds) and three bathrooms, one of them with a luxury walk-in shower and delicate custom glass door, and the other one with an amazing bathtub, a kitchen with beautiful granite touches and top-of-the-line stainless steel home appliances, dining space, living room area.

The home also has a brand new driveway for off-street parking space for 4 cars and plenty of room for on-street parking if you need extra space. Additionally, this has an incredible outdoor area covered outdoor living, as well as a fire pit, a grill, a spacious and completely private sitting area perfect for a family or friend, get together.


*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee, which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking.
Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest's card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law. At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority.

All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay. We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions.
