Welcome to Marschall Creek Retreat! A charming historic limestone pioneer farmhouse built by German Settlers in the 1870s. It is located on 12 secluded acres with magnificent oaks and a beautiful old stone barn from the 1850s. This retreat is perfect for a getaway with a group of friends or family! It is also a great place to host family events and weddings!

This appealing retreat lets you thoroughly enjoy your own piece of the Hill Country and is just minutes from Main Street in Fredericksburg. The house has been gorgeously updated and includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a beautiful living room, and kitchen. 3300+ sq ft of living space easily accommodates ten people.

The recently updated main house still has the original thick hand-cut limestone walls and wooden plank floors, which creates a special atmosphere in the inviting living room. The kitchen has the same old-style charm while being bright and sunny and is equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. A rustic kitchen table completes the space.

Downstairs are two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has an antique clawfoot tub and a modern tiled shower. A washer and dryer are also on the ground floor. Upstairs has an en-suite bedroom/bathroom. An attached bedroom leads to an outside deck with beautiful views of the backyard and provides access to the hot tub. The fifth spacious en-suite bedroom and bathroom are located above the main living area.

The backyard has a large limestone patio seating area, a fire pit, beautiful views of the backyard, and a historic structure. The hot tub is accessible from the patio. Wildlife, including whitetail deer and turkey, freely roam the property.
