Nestled within cypress trees along the Comal River, this property boasts hundreds of feet of riverfront access, a community pool and jacuzzi, and outdoor grills! This condo is ideal for families and small groups of up to six people looking for fun in the sun! Float, swim or visit Schlitterbahn Water Park. Take your pick, or choose them all! This inviting condo has all of the necessities. With its two comfy bedrooms and Cozi living room, you may never want to leave!

One of this condo’s many appealing aspects is its well-equipped kitchen. It has quality appliances, a full complement of plate ware, flatware, glassware, wine glasses, and many other “nice to have” options for those wishing to cook or dine in. It’s certain to satisfy your appetite after a long day on the water!

Additionally, each of the beds offers comfortable bedding that provides an exceptional night of restorative sleep. Lay your head back and let yourself drift off to sleep, in preparation for yet another great day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or floating on the Comal River!

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, and gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.
We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. Now more about the amenities and space of this lovely and luxurious home.

*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by the guest may be charged by Cozi to the guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.

Family trip to the Comal and Schlitterbahn couldn’t have gone any better. The location of the condo can’t be beat. It’s across the street from the ‘new park’ and I don’t mean it’s a close walk. It’s literally across the street. You can save the parking hassle and walk. The place is in great proximity to everything in New Braunfels.

The unit itself was very clean and spacious. If you’re a water pressure person, like I am, you’ll love taking showers in this unit. Incredibly high pressure that felt so good after a long day of being outside.

I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone curious. Please note I’m not much of a reviewer, but I felt this location called for a positive review. Kudos!

Wonderful place to stay! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Right on the river, if you put in at the bridge, you can float to the last free exit, hop out and walk right back to the condo. It’s a really nice float and no more than a 5 minute walk back to the condo. It’s also a short walk to Schlitterbahn so there’s no need to take a vehicle if you don’t want to. About the condo itself, it was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and was very we equipped. There were fresh towels and extra linens available. I never found a thermostat but whatever it was set at, it was nice and cold our entire stay. We used the washer and dryer which made getting home nice with no laundry needing to be done. There was a binder with suggestions for places to eat. Our bracelets and vehicle passes were ready and waiting when we got there. They actually made it an effortless check in and check out. We can’t wait to stay with them again! We will definitely be back!
