The house was super cute and very updated. Plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped with updated appliances and dish-ware. Plenty of towels and bedding which was nice. There was a couple minor issues but the host resolved right away. Backyard was a major plus because there was lots of outdoor seating and plenty of room for kids to play. The only drawback was no grill outside.

The house is beautiful! The bedrooms are quite bright (with blinds but no curtains on the windows), so guests who prefer dark rooms may want to beware. That would be my only complaint.
The Cozi team did a great job responding to us quickly! We arrived at the property a little earlier than the check in time, and I called the Cozi team who instantly were able to unlock the door and give us access.

Cozi vacations was able to work with us and edit our reservation. The house is absolutely gorgeous! The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. There were five of us staying there and everyone was able to have their own space. We were able to all hang out together in the common areas. We even hung out in the hot tub. Due to the weather that Fredericksburg had earlier that week, the backyard was a little muddy, but that’s my only complaint. If you’re going up to Fredericksburg anytime soon and need, a four bedroom house to stay at, I highly recommend staying here!

This newly renovated house close to downtown was perfect for the five of us (2 couples and a single), with plenty of space and a wonderful back yard. The management answered our questions very quickly, provided a seamless check in experience, and didn't burden us with a laundry list of requirements to prep the house for checkout. We would absolutely stay there again!
A few highlights:
- Both king bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, a huge plus for multiple couples traveling together
- The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, a drip coffee maker, and everything needed to cook multiple meals
- Towels were thoughtfully placed by the back door for the hot tub (which is fully covered, a huge plus in the rain)
- If using the fire pit, be sure to bring your own, dry firewood as any leftovers remaining will likely be too wet to use
