Even at first impression this house is super cute! We booked this house for a girls getaway for 6 and had plenty of room. It is the “Back House,” but it’s not connected to anything and it’s more private that the “Main House”. Furniture is comfortable, beds are cozy, bathrooms are spacious, and they even have a little makeup area! Bring your own pool towel for the hot tub or you’ll have to do laundry.

Kitchen has the basic appliances and accessories, dishes, utensils, olive oil, salt and pepper, ice and water dispenser, dishwasher pods, paper towels.

Parking is a situation, but you can make it work Tetris style. They are “permitted” for 2 cars in the lot so they advise you to park extra vehicles in public parking .5 miles away.

We were able to walk to central Main Street in about 15 minutes but there are no sidewalks and the lighting was a little poor, but the area is quiet and there’s not a lot of traffic. We really enjoyed our two nights here and we would definitely stay again!

We have been to Fredericksburg many times. This property is our favorite. A new, modern farm house. It is clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The hot tub is an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the overall feel of this house. The proximity to Main Street was nice but also perfectly removed. Our children loved it and have asked if we can stay again. It accommodated our family of five where we had plenty of room yet felt close together.

The perfect place to stay in Fredericksburg! It was close to the main drag and had all of the amenities. The house is the third home back on the lot, but we still felt like we had our own space and privacy. We loved the hot tub as well! Such a cute house and very close to Main Street! If you wanted to walk you could but we found we needed to drive to Main Street!

The parking situation was a little difficult so make sure you only have 2 cars, 3 MAX.

Absolutely amazing stay we had a girls weekend /bridal shower. The place was clean - Tastefully decorated and had everything we needed literally three blocks from the Main Street .We did wine tours, walked , had dinner and (hiked in Enchanted Rock a must request from the bride?)
We will definitely stay here again not enough time to do everything we wanted. I would totally recommend this place.. The Jacuzzi was a plus…

Property was very nice. Decor tastefully done. Got to be the first to try out new sofa that was delivered during our stay. We thought it a little over priced for it’s location. Hard for us older people to walk to shops and restaurants. Fortunately, it was easy to find parking on Main Street.

The house is very adorable, creatively furnished and secluded. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room inside and out to visit and chill out. A short walk to Main Street is a plus. We used the hot tub one night which was a nice end to a long day. I would definitely rent again.

This was a very clean and well-designed home. The pictures do it justice. They were very quick to respond to and solve an issue we had. Only two dings. The washing machine was not working and we were not told in advance. We didn't stay long so it didn't end up causing an issue. The other issue was that the pictures and description did not give the whole context to the property. It is on a shared lot with another home and guest home so it did not feel private. Otherwise, it was a beautiful home in a great location.

What a cute home! We were a little confused when we first arrived as this address is actually 3 homes in a row - the front home connects to a guest house and then the home we booked is at the end closest to the alley. We figured it out quickly but just so you are aware. The design and furnishings were very cute and modern. Location is ideal for going to main st and driving to enchanted rock. We did not walk into downtown as it was too cold but it’s doable. The management group was quick with responses to my questions. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking tools so we were able to cook breakfast before our hike. The only thing to note is bring ear plugs or something to help you sleep. This may be an older home that was remodeled so it was quite loud at night. The water heater is located in the closet in the downstairs bedroom and made noises all night. Also, the fridge was so noisy. Upstairs was not any quieter as it was really windy outside and we could hear everything. Otherwise, loved our stay and would book this place again!

Between the time this hot-tub was cleaned and your check-in there were a few leaves that fell down into the hot-tub, but our staff was there within minutes to clean them out for you. We do apologize for this inconvenience, but we have a great local team that is always available for any needs or issues guests may experience. Great Place

We loved the openness and cleanliness of the house. The location was good. If there was a downside, it was that we could not find a toaster and the hot tub was too hot to get in (108 degrees). However, we really liked the house.

Great house and close to Main

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was very clean and conveniently located. Perfect for family of 4. Kids had their own space upstairs. It was hot when we stayed, so we enjoyed watching movies in the comfortable living area during the day. Would definitely rent this house again.

This house was extremely comfortable and clean. The decorations were beautiful and the beds were soft and comfortable. The location was perfect for our quick family trip. The place was sparkling clean and we felt right at home.
