Nestled in Mariposa Ranch, a peaceful resort-style community of homes, the Sunday House is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

The house is private and has 2 bedrooms downstairs, 2 full baths, and a loft - sleeping a total of 6. Each downstairs bedroom is spacious with a Queen size bed and sitting area. The loft upstairs has 2 Twins beds. This beautiful Texas home has a stylish, spacious kitchen with gleaming quartz counters and brand-new appliances. The full-size dining area opens to the Great Room with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light, making it the best place for you and your loved ones to enjoy meals, family game night, or watch a movie! Outdoor living at its best in the backyard with a private hot tub, deck, patio furniture, and grilling area to enjoy!

The Sunday Circle house is the perfect place to enjoy sunrises overlooking ranch land from the comfortable front porch with a hot cup of coffee or unwind and relax in the private hot tub after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg with a glass of wine!


At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.

We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
