Pour yourself a mug of hot coffee in the mornings while you listen to the birdsong and watch the sunrise over the countryside. In the evenings, you’ll love sipping on some locally sourced wine while you gaze up at the breathtaking array of stars overhead.

This property consists of the main house with four bedrooms, as well as 3 bathrooms, a sauna, and an in-tub shower. Come and enjoy the sunrise and sunset of this charm of a house in its spacious field of a backyard that has a hot tub, fire pit, charcoal grill, and a nice picnic table! The Guest has a King size bed and a full kitchen and a full bathroom, this house also consists of a porch on the front deck with a table for 2 and a charcoal grill.

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay. We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $69 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
