This stunning rental is just 5min away from great convenience stores and restaurants, making it the perfect place for a getaway. It sleeps up to 16 people comfortably in beds. This stunning rental boasts an incredible backyard with an amazing pool and fire pit.

This home is very private and has been comfortably furnished with accented modern furniture, it consists of five bedrooms, a large living area, a modern luxury kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms, outdoor area with a pool and firepit. This stunning property is divided into a Main House and a Guest House, both of which you will have access to. Additionally, this home has a gorgeous scenic view of Texas Hill Country from its back patio making it the perfect stay for you and your loved ones.

Pet fee: There is a pet fee of $35 per pet/per night. The Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after the booking is confirmed.

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.

We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $79 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.

Pet Fee
$35.00 per pet/per night in addition to the nightly rate, the fee is not automatically included in the total reservation amount pet fee will be added after the booking is confirmed. A pet waiver must be signed directly with Cozi Vacation Rentals, and the pet fee will be charged to your credit card. Any damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishings will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.
