This gorgeous two-story home consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. As you walk through the front door the beautiful wood floor draws you into the cozy and comfortable living room complete with a large television for your viewing pleasure and an authentic looking wood stove. Down the hall the modern and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a cute and functional coffee bar. Once that morning cup of coffee is made to perfection, step out of the kitchen into the sunroom and watch the sunrise while rocking away your cares in one of the rockers. The downstairs master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed. set in a wrought iron bed frame. The upstairs bedroom also features a king size bed with comfortable bedding and its own En-suite bathroom. Outside, take advantage of the swing hanging from the large tree in the backyard or sit on the porch and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful scenery. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable damage waiver fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by the Guest may be charged by Cozi to the Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
