This home presents a classic and historic Fredericksburg vibe complemented by amazing outdoor spaces that are perfect for relaxing at night after a long day of enjoying the immense wineries and local culture. The front patio is perfect for your morning coffee or a late evening cocktail.

Our charming home offers an open and spacious living room and dining room, making it the perfect space for amazing dinner and cocktail nights! The kitchen comes fully stocked with little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms offer luxury bedding and mattresses that provide an optimal and comfortable night’s sleep after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. Additionally, two luxurious bathrooms are available for you! Our home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably in beds (1 King and 3 Queens). Lastly, the driveway of the home will fit 3 vehicles.

All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay. We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions.

*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
