Welcome to this lovely Hill Country hideaway, complete with a roomy, open floor plan that combines the kitchen, living and dining areas into one group-friendly hangout space!

LIVING SPACES -
Kick off your shoes and get comfy on the overstuffed sofas, which are situated in front of a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. Modern farmhouse style adds beauty to the space—from the chandeliers to the wood-beamed ceilings and soothing, neutral color palette. Outside, an outdoor living area offers another option for spending time together. Sink into the plush outdoor sectional overlooking the fenced, grassy backyard. As evening falls, start a fire in the firepit and keep the conversation going!

KITCHEN and DINING -
Meals are a breeze here, thanks to the fully equipped and stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and plenty of counter space for multiple cooks to work together. After a day of exploring the splendor of Hill Country, snack on hors d'oeuvres at the kitchen bar with seating for 4. Then start on dinner: the 6-burner gas stove, double-sided fridge, and dishwasher are on hand for easy cooking and cleanup. (Or skip cooking altogether and sample one of Frederickburg’s delicious nearby restaurants!) A dining table for 6 is located right next to the kitchen for easing serving.

BED and BATH -
This one-level home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bed features an updated, ultra-comfortable mattress (either a King or Queen—no bunk beds here!) and high-quality linens. Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and a starter supply of personal care products. The primary suite features a King bed, an attached bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and a giant closet for your suitcases. Two more bedrooms feature Queen beds; these two bedrooms share a full bath with a double-sink vanity and a tub/shower combo. Pack a little lighter and make use of the laundry/mud room with a washer and dryer!

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, and gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.

We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by the guest may be charged by Cozi to the guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
