Step inside the main house, where you'll find a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for you and your guests. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and designed to offer a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are equipped with modern amenities and offer convenience and privacy.

The fully equipped kitchen in the main house allows you to prepare delicious meals and snacks, and the adjoining dining area provides a perfect spot for enjoying your culinary creations. These cottages have had much attention to detail and delight your eyes to see them. Each wall and pillow has something unique. It is extremely comfortable and every need is anticipated and provided for. I especially love the hallway with all the make up mirrors
The 3 cottages gave us togetherness and yet also gave quiet and privacy for sleeping
I highly recommend this for enjoying the quant and friendly town of Fredricksburg

Loved this series of houses - perfect for a girls' getaway with plenty of room to spread out, but also able to be together in the morning for breakfast, and in the evenings for games.

Great rental for a large group, especially if everyone needs their own space (3 separate houses means 3 separate dining rooms, kitchens, and living spaces). Plenty of parking, convenient to downtown by foot as well. we didn't make use of the outdoor space but it looked great. The one caveat for families is there is no bath tub, but otherwise great for kids. the keypad lock was a little finicky on the front house, otherwise no issues came up, but they were very responsive at check in.

We just returned from my 40th birthday trip! It was our first time to stay this close to Main st, but with a group of 17, it is DEFINITELY the way to go! I can’t say enough about the property and the staff! They have customers for life with us! The property was BEAUTIFUL! We had one little mishap when we arrived, but it was immediately remedied. 10/10 recommend!

The three separate houses were perfect for our large group of several families. Everyone could spread out and had their own space, yet the common space in the back house was large enough for everyone to congregate for meals and for family game time. We were just out of walking distance to Main Street at about 15 min (but only because of the extreme Texas heat). However, it was easy to drive and find parking. It was also very easy to communicate with the property manager and I appreciated being able to discuss via text things such as early check in availability and some broken glass when we arrived. There was someone at the door to address the broken glass in under an hour. We will definitely be back as our family is already planning our next visit!

There are so many great things I can say about this rental!! We had such a great time staying here. The property is actually three different houses, which worked out perfectly for our large group. All three units were newly updated and very clean. The rental company responded very quickly to any questions we had before and during our stay. Very close to downtown. Nothing bad to say about this rental and we would 100% stay here again.

We had plenty of space between the three houses on the property. We were able to spread out and enjoy ourselves when we weren’t in classes for our continuing education conference. I was about a half a mile walk to the restaurant on Main Street. We had a blast.

Wonderful space, perfectly situated walking distance to Main Street with minimal through-traffic. Each building was charming, met all of our needs for relaxing, and provided a home-like comfort and warmth. For those who are concerned about COVID, this space was immaculate and allowed our group to relax, sip wine, cook, etc all from the comfort of this space. Superb!

Hosts were kind, helpful, and quick to respond and communicate before, during, and after our stay. Kiosks within the buildings were helpful and informative and made check-in/out effortless.

Loved staying here, and am looking forward to a return visit!

We've stayed in many VRBOs (at least a few each year) and this was one of our very favorites. Three separate and equally adorable houses. Great for two families (we let the teens stay in the middle house). The location was terrific! Walking distance to everything. Decor is fab. Bathrooms and kitchens are all stunning. Super well appointed. Bring coffee and firewood and that's it! If it's every open again, we'll definitely be back!
