The studio-style layout is designed for both convenience and comfort, featuring a king-size bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, two inviting chairs, an intimate dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom boasts a spacious, beautifully tiled walk-in shower, a marble vanity, and a cozy nook for your belongings.
After a day of exploring boutique shops on Main Street, visiting local wineries and breweries, and soaking in the hill country’s natural beauty, relax on the covered front deck and enjoy the breathtaking sunset. For cool country nights, light up the fire pit and stargaze under the clear night sky. If you prefer a quiet evening in, pick up some groceries and prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen or on the charcoal grill.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Thank you so much to Cozi Vaction’s for offering such an oasis. As a pair from Dallas it was nice to unwind on the country side. This property is located very close to all the attractions one may want to see. It is just far away enough from the main road for a peaceful night though. The sky is just magnificent out there. Huge shoutout to all the amenities they provide such as a beautiful bathroom stocked with makeup wipes, plenty of towels and even bathrobes. The kitchen has a microwave, stove and fridge. There’s utensils, plates, and plenty of glasses for anything you’d like to enjoy. I really appreciate the attention to detail this host puts in. 5 stars we will be back.

Easy check-in. Excellent location less than 10 minutes from Main Street. Perfectly cleaned. Very comfortable and cozy with everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be booking with Cozi Vacations again.
