This stunning rental has been tastefully and comfortably furnished, making it the perfect place for a couples getaway. It sleeps up to 2 people comfortably in beds or a total of 4 with a queen pull-out couch in the living room. The luxury cottage is private and consists of one bedroom (king bed) and a sofa bed (queen bed), one bathroom (king bedroom), a kitchen with outdoor dining space, a living room, and an outdoor fire pit. Additionally, this house has a gorgeous front patio with cute sofa chairs and an outdoor swing bed, which is perfect for a romantic star gazing night. At this gorgeous home, you will be able to enjoy our charming She Shed, the perfect place to gather your friends for a game night or a delicious dinner. Great little find! No problems checking in, the house was incredibly clean, and there were thoughtful touches to greet us when we checked in. Wonderful yard that we enjoyed in the evenings. It’s located on a fairly busy street and the bedroom is right at the front of the house, but the traffic disappears almost entirely at night, so we had no problem at all sleeping at night. We loved that we could easily walk over to Hondo’s and Crossroads for dinner or late night drinks.

This quaint cottage is reminiscent of a true "Sunday Haus". We were welcomed to a charming front porch (with a porch swing and gas lantern), decorated for fall with pumpkins. The cottage was very clean! We loved the special touches like the Charcuterie box and fresh bag of Starbuck's coffee. The space is private, but as mentioned in previous reviews, it is on a fairly busy road; however, there is a sound machine provided. We enjoyed the backyard, relaxing on the day bed swing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Cute, cute house with an interesting layout - truly an old cottage! But - also nicely updated so all the amenities you could want are there and beautifully landscaped. It is on the smaller side with a nice living room and bedroom and smaller kitchen and bathroom. I liked that the bedroom had a dresser so I could unpack. The outside area is wonderful - the swing is amazing! It is off of the main drag but probably not walking distance to the stores and restaurants - parking along Main Street can be a challenge, but with one or two trips down there, you figure out the “good parking spots” quickly. I loved the Pottery Barn Cottage - my only down point - it is on a major cross street with a lot of traffic.

I loved absolutely everything about this property. It was perfect for a weekend getaway, and so close to Main street, incredible restaurants, and Enchanted Rock. The "She Shed" was a fun touch to this gorgeous property. Check-in and out were seamless (despite my not reviewing instructions prior). It was a highlight to a rather spectacular introduction to Fredericksburg. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and would gladly venture back.

Absolutely adorable place with incredible location!! We loved the outdoor area with the large swing, dining shed, and covered patio table. Would recommend bringing firewood for the fire pit. Bed is super comfy! Kitchen is tiny, so don’t try to prepare too much. But there’s so much good food in walking distance, it’s not worth bringing a lot! When walking to Main Street in the evening, be advised that street lighting is low. Loved our time and would be delighted to come back!!

I had such a nice stay, the outside was super cute and probably the best feature in my opinion! The house was very clean, provided dishes, towels, etc. was very thoughtful as well as all the other added details throughout the place. Would definitely book another stay!

This property was everything we needed and more. We had the best time on our first visit to Fredericksburg. The house was very clean. The decor was beautiful. It was cold so we took advantage of the fire pit and enjoyed a nice evening on the bed swing by the fire. The games and cards in the she shed came in handy also. The host was very responsive and check in and out were easy. We would love to stay here again some day.

Really enjoyed this for a weekend getaway to Fredericksburg. It was great sitting out by the firepit after a day of drinking wine and eating good food. It's a hike to the more bustling/lively part of Main St, but there is a great coffee shop (Caliche) just a short walk from the house that is perfect for getting your day started off right.

This home is perfect for a girls weekend getaway, a trip with your family or for a couple. It's minutes from Main St. and is easy to find. The home was very stylish and clean. My family and I enjoyed staying there and our favorite part was the outside patio. Checking in and out was easy and if I had any questions, the host was quick to respond. We really loved this little home! We had a wonderful time here. Adorable decor. Amazing backyard for hanging out. It's a great location close to main street. Not quite walkable, but I guess you could walk if you wanted to! Very close to great restaurants, I'm talking a 3 minute drive to August E's, Otto's or Tubby's! Probably a 15 minute drive to most vineyards.
We had a wonderful stay here! It has everything you could need. Very warm for the winter, pretty comfortable very large bed. We would definitely stay here agin.
