Charming haus with hot tub and fire pit, located just a short 3-minute drive from Main Street! This quaint home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a living room, and a dining room, and comfortably sleeps 4 people. In the spacious living room, a large couch and a 1-seater await you for a glass of wine in front of the large flat-screen TV. Or, make your way out to the backyard, where you will be greeted by a relaxing hot tub and a warm fire pit. Sit back and enjoy this peaceful, special space!

One of this home’s many appealing attributes is the kitchen’s quality stainless steel appliances, and dinnerware. It comes stocked with a full complement of plate ware, flatware, glassware, wine glasses, and many other “nice to have” options for those wishing to cook or dine in. It’s certain to be a much-loved destination for cooking enthusiasts and foodies alike!

Additionally, both of the bedrooms offer luxurious bedding that provides an exceptional night of restorative sleep. Lay your head back and let yourself drift off to sleep, in preparation for yet another great day in Fredericksburg!

-Observe City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
-Parking instructions: Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

This place was amazing. As soon as you walk in the door you feel right at home. Close to Main Street but far enough away to be away from the crowd. The house is beautifully decorated and everything was as described on the listing. Overall 10/10 experience!

My wife and I traveled to Fredericksburg to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay! The house was incredible! So nicely furnished and decorated, it had everything we needed and more. Perfectly located, only a few blocks from downtown. We also enjoyed a dip in the hot tub, which was a perfect relaxing ending to our day of wine tasting. We'll definitely try to be back.

What a great house! We stayed for 6 days and didn’t want to leave. Had one very minor maintenance thing that didn’t need immediate attention but they replied within minutes to see if we needed it fixed.

Great location, very clean and quiet. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Amazing hot tub and backyard.

Unlike several Airbnb’s we’ve used this house was exactly as advertised and the pictures are accurate. I can’t imagine anything to make this house better.

This was such a perfect place to stay for our girls weekend. Very close to main street. The house was very very well redone and had the cutest style!
