Close to main about a 8-10 minute walk!! House was very clean and nice! Recommend bringing paper towels or tissues. The house has towels and only toilet paper. I know it’s random but we found ourselves needed that and didn’t have it but made due. Would stay there again!!

Great location, easy walking distance to Main St. The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with dishes and coffee supplies. The area was quiet, didn’t hear much street noise or neighbors at all. Very nice place. Well decorated new furniture. Very clean. Great location just three blocks from the center of downtown. Cool parking setup behind the house and a garage. The place does have a washer and dryer despite it not saying so in the description. It's professionally managed with good communication and friendly people. Would stay again.

The house is absolutely adorable and a perfect home base for exploring Fredericksburg. While it is located on a main road, we did not have any issues with the noise level. House is completely stocked with anything you may need. The owners were wonderful and worked with us due to some last minute schedule changes. Would highly recommend this house!

Great get-a-way in Fredericksburg, TX

The cottage is very cute, it's well equipped and very nicely furnished. The four of us were quite comfortable, one bathroom did present a couple of challenges for 4 adults. The only negative is the house sits 20 feet from a VERY busy 4 lane road and it seems that it's the law in Texas that every pick-up truck has LOUD pipes on the exhaust.

Great little house. Location was convenient. We walked to Main every day we were there. House was clean and comfortable. Had a few questions for Cozi late at night and they answered them quickly. Only thing is no full refund if you cancel. Sometimes nice to have the flexibility because things happen.

It was a great little house. Very cozy and exactly as described on the website. Location was great. We very much enjoyed our stay! Everything was high quality and very well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. There were four of us; Husband & Wife with two daughters and we were very comfortable. We were really impressed with the home and highly recommend the rental. We really had no need to communicate with Cozi directly during our stay, only via email prior to our arrival.
