This charming three-bedroom, two-bath home is nestled in a picturesque and quiet neighborhood and will accommodate up to six guests comfortably. The living area boasts a comfortable sofa with a chaise lounge, cozy chair and a smart television for your entertainment. Each of the three bedrooms also features its own smart TV, ensuring everyone can unwind and catch up on their favorite shows or movies before drifting off to dreamland.

You will find a well-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker and an electric stove. Ample countertop space allows for easy meal preparation, and you can choose to dine at the unique table or gather around the kitchen island for a more casual dining experience.

Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. Overall the location in relation to Main Street was great. Biggest issue was bathroom issues, mold around vents, maintenance isssues for doors and cabinets. Slightly overpriced when dealing with inconveniences.

It was a lovely stay. Easy check-in. Management team sent text for easy contact if anything was needed. The house was very nice and we really liked the location so close to Main st. The windows in the living room, kitchen and master bath need blinds or curtains. It was a very uncomfortable feeling for all of us. The backyard needs to be cleaned up.

Super Cute! Love the location, we were walking distance to Main Street. Everything was clean and they supplied everything we needed, including beach towels for the hot tub. Beds were very comfy and they had extra blankets and pillows. Definitely will stay here again.

Stayed here with a few girlfriends for a weekend of wine and relaxation and this was the perfect spot! Location was so ideal! Walking to coffee, restaurants and shops along Main was so convenient. Ubers were easy to get to take us out to the wineries. It was great to come back and relax in the open living area or in the hot tub at the end of the day. My adult daughter and her best friend stayed here for a couple of days, and then I joined her for another couple of days. The house is beautiful. The hot tub was exceptional. Very comfortable couch and we love that they had TVs in every room, including outside near the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed. And we appreciated that there was a washer and dryer. Everything was exceptionally well anointed. The host were very communicative and had exceptional customer service. We love the location. It was literally just a few blocks from Main Street in Fredericksburg. We were close to the wine tours, the restaurants, the shopping, there's even a spa literally two blocks away. Rental was clean and tidy. Liked the neighborhood and the variety of shops and wineries was incredible. Kitchen drawers need some attention. Once opened they tend to go off track. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of shopping. Could not find any dinner plates in the unit. I would like to return to Fredericksburg close to Xmas and would rent this unit again

Absolutely loved our Cozi rental!! Great layout and the jacuzzi outside was a great way to wrap up our day after a long day of wine drinking.

Would suggest adding info that only essentials are available- plates and stemware. We needed aluminum foil but couldn’t find any. Cabinets were a bit loose/not well put in place- May have someone take a look at those. TV outside is broken, it wasn’t a big deal for us but just disclosing this on the front end so folks know they don’t have to worry about it.

Minor details but overall amazing stay! Sofa is comfy and bedding as well. Sunday morning we were able wake up and go for a walk to a coffee shop nearby prior to checking out. We are very happy and will look at Cozi for future rentals!!!

This house was a PERFECT setting for our girl's trip! This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. The interior decoration is amazing. The home was equipped with everything you could need. We loved staying at this house! It looked just like the pictures and was decorated beautifully. The hot tub was huge, definitely big enough for 4 people. This was a very nice property, well furnished, and well located to Main street. Everything was very convenient and the Cozi team was very responsive to messages. The team and service allowed us to spend all of our time enjoying Fredericksburg.
