It is located just two blocks off of Main Street, making it the perfect location to enjoy the lively and historic downtown Fredericksburg! This modern offering consists of a gorgeous main house, a charming bunkhouse, and a new pool and spa, all located on the same property! With accommodations like this, the Clover Haus is certain to become your all-time, Fredericksburg favorite!

The stunning Clover Haus has been decorated with upscale vintage decor. This home has 4 bedrooms divided between the guest house and the main house. This beautiful Texas home comes with a spacious kitchen with brand new appliances, dining space, and living area, making it the best place for you and your loved ones to enjoy a family game night or big cookouts! The Clover Haus will provide you with the luxury you need to have an unforgettable vacation. After a long day of exploring Fredericksburg, you can enjoy an evening of relaxation in our private pool and spa, or unwind and relax with a glass of wine in our amazing backyard. The outdoor spaces of this lovely home are what vacation dreams are created from!

-No more than 9 occupants permitted
-Pets are not allowed
-No Events or Parties are allowed
-Place trash in designated receptacles
-Observe City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
-Parking instructions: Illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow
-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. We really enjoyed staying at the house. We found ourselves spending a lot of time outside either in the hot tub or laughing by the fire pit. Everything was nice, cozy, and clean. It was especially nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The separate sleeping quarters outside the main house would be great for kids.

We had a great time at this place. The rooms were cozy, the hot tub and fire pit were awesome. It's very close to main street, which is great, but the street the house is on doesn't have any lights, so it's still a little dangerous to walk from the house to main street. The house itself is very cute and comfortable, and well taken care of. Plenty of room for all of our fun weekend needs!

Great house for our girls weekend. location was great. We weren't able to walk downtown due to the extremely cold and rainy weather. The only negative was the hot tub wasn't hot. And took till Sunday to get warm. But overall we loved the house.

everything at this house was great! I loved the decor, great location, and if you're somebody that enjoys playing video games the internet speeds at this house is fantastic! We loved our stay here! The location is excellent - just a quick walk to Main St. Plenty of parking, quiet street. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with expected supplies! Great house in a great location! Communication was excellent and it comfortably housed our group of 8. Only thing that was a tad odd was some of the decor and books that are displayed (many portraits and book titled Angela’s Ashes). It gave off a haunted vibe to some of our guests. This quaint home has a ton of character, an abundance of space, and a fabulous location. From the moment we arrived, the host was in contact with us making sure everything was perfect. The large fully stocked kitchen with large table that easily fits 8 people was a huge plus for us. We spent many hours at the table for family dinners and game time. The bedrooms are all clean and spacious with comfy beds and plenty of pillows. The three bathrooms were perfect for the amount of people we had and all were stocked with towels and extra toiletries. The two living areas allowed us to spread out when we needed our own space which is great when u need a moment alone or the guys want to watch football while the girls watch Hallmark. The separate living quarters with three twin beds was perfect for the family members that like to sleep late and nap. The back yard had a large area with corn hole boards, a large hot tub, and plenty of chairs to sit around the fire pit. This beautiful home was a great meeting place for our Christmas celebration and was within walking distance of Main Street.

We ere very satisfied with Cozi stay. The staff were very attentive and quick to respond to all of my questions and needs. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable, clean and spacious. All of the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. I’m a Sushi Chef, so I definitely appreciated and utilized all of the open kitchen space; it was perfect for our last nights sushi dinner together. The movie room was pretty awesome and the speaker system sounded amazing. The back house by the pool was a perfect fit for our friends and their newborn, it really gave them lots of privacy and comfort for the baby; especially with them having their own kitchen and refrigerator space for the babies bottles etc. We enjoyed the sitting area by the pool, the weather was perfect and we loved having the option of using a gas or charcoal grill. We definitely made use of them for burgers and s’mores. It was also nice being able to watch tv outside. I am definitely going to recommend this house to our family and friends, and I am looking forward to staying there again.
