This casita is a cozy, studio-size space, and includes a king-size bed, a full bathroom, a dining space, and a kitchenette outfitted with a mini-frig, microwave oven, and a coffee maker. Outside the front door is also an inviting courtyard/sitting area that’s a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or an adult beverage in the evening! This home is located in the heart of Fredericksburg's famous 290 Winery Corridor, which is widely regarded as one of the top ten winery destinations in the world! This area is known for star-gazing skies!

At the end of the night, when bedtime beckons, the king-size bed cradles you in its luxurious bedding and the latest mattress technology, providing you an exceptionally recuperative night of sleep. Lay your head back and let yourself drift off to sleep, in preparation for yet another great day in Texas Wine Country!

If so, check out our unique “Combo” option that includes this casita and our spacious “Main House”, all on the same 2.5-acre lot! The main house was completely remodeled in 2021 and offers a large kitchen with marble countertops, 2 dining areas, 3 traditional bedrooms, and a trundle daybed in the Gameroom with doors for full privacy as a bedroom! The farmhouse theme inside matches the cows that may wander up to the back fence or the neighboring chickens.

We had a minor problem at the time of check in. Cozi was prompt in replying to the situation and took care of it right away and to my satisfaction. The location is a bit of a drive from Fredericksburg but was so quiet and beautiful.

Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable. I think the directions need to be clearer. it’s “Tex-Elberta” not “Elberta” very different locations about three miles apart.

My husband and I enjoyed two nights in this lovely guest house located in Stonewall, right in the heart of the wine corridor. The location was perfect for visiting wineries and other attractions in the area and about halfway between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. The unit itself included a spacious bedroom with comfortable bed, nook with mini refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom had a nice sized shower and plenty of linens and toiletries. We enjoyed the large screen tv and viewing options. I enjoyed sitting at the lovely table in the room that overlooked a pasture and it was a great place to eat our breakfast tacos from a nearby food truck. There was even a private seating area outside and a peaceful area to do my morning walk. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice and quiet spot. Centrally located in the Hill Country Wine AVA between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. I would gladly stay again.
