Outside the front door is also an inviting courtyard/sitting area that’s a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or an adult beverage in the evening! This home is located in the heart of Fredericksburg's famous 290 Winery Corridor, which is widely regarded as one of the top ten winery destinations in the world!

At the end of the night, when bedtime beckons, the king-size bed cradles you in its luxurious bedding and the latest mattress technology, providing you an exceptionally recuperative night of sleep. Lay your head back and let yourself drift off to sleep, in preparation for yet another great day in Texas Wine Country!

Are you planning to travel with a large family or group of friends in the future and need more space than our Casita offers? If so, check out our unique “Combo” option that includes this casita and our spacious “Main House”, all on the same 2.5-acre lot! The main house was completely remodeled in 2021 and offers a large kitchen with marble countertops, 2 dining areas, 3 traditional bedrooms, and a trundle daybed in the Gameroom with doors for full privacy as a bedroom! The farmhouse theme inside matches the cows that may wander up to the back fence or the neighboring chickens.

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, and gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.

We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable damage waiver fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by the Guest may be charged by Cozi to the Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
