Originally designed with banking operations on the ground floor and the bank owner’s residence above, the building still radiates historic charm while offering all the comforts of modern luxury.

The main living area offers a stylish and comfortable space to unwind, with large windows that overlook lively Main Street—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a board game with family and friends. You’ll also enjoy direct access to Main Street via the interior staircase!

The primary bedroom features a sumptuous king bed, while the second bedroom offers two luxurious queen beds—each with its own beautifully designed en-suite bathroom complete with elegant walk-in showers. A third, private suite with a separate entrance includes a king-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and toaster—making it the perfect setup for early risers or guests seeking added privacy.

Step outside to the private rooftop deck overlooking Fredericksburg's iconic Main Street. This inviting outdoor space is furnished with plush seating and offers the best views in town. - You only have access to the rooftop deck, no gravel roof access is permitted.
- No open flames permitted on the deck.
- Please read instructions posted by the door leading to the deck about occupancy and weight limit for deck use.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
