Great location

Great location outside of the "downtown" area. A short drive to parking along Main Street, and a short drive to several wineries in the area. I would stay here again. Hot tub is well maintained and we lucked out that our neighbors got out as we got in - otherwise -we'd have been able to hear their conversation. Be warned - if you come to cook, they won't have any basics like seasonings, oil, etc.

Wonderful. Private 1 bedroom with a hot tub. The hot tub was the attraction - it was clean, easy to use, and ready to go upon arrival. Clean, functional, yet attractive and well designed kitchen. A perfectly sized living room for 1 or 2; the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean. Bottom line - I would definitely want to rent again when we are back in the area.

Booked last minute for a Fredericksburg weekend with my wife. Everything was exactly as described. Very close to Walmart if you need groceries. Less than 2 miles from Main Street. Really enjoyed the quiet location. Definitely will book again in the future.

Fantastic stay

I had a fantastic birthday stay at Cozi Rentals! The accommodations were cozy, clean, and everything I could have hoped for.
There were a couple minor hiccups. During my checkin, the lock code initially didn't work. However, I was impressed by the host's quick response. They remotely unlocked the door and updated the code. Not their fault , but, Uber wouldn’t automatically add the correct address, but it worked out.
Aside from that small glitch, everything was perfect. The decor and amenities were delightful, and the hot tub was clean and relaxing. We will definitely look for their rentals when visiting Fredericksburg!
