Welcome to Blue Succulent Haus! This beautifully renovated home is fun, funky and eclectic. Located just a short three minute drive to historic and lively downtown Fredericksburg. This is the perfect place for a weekend girl’s trip full of shopping, wine tasting and exploring the beautiful Hill Country! Bring the family and enjoy the fun funky vibe of this home that has plenty of room for everyone. Book now you don’t want to miss your chance to stay here!

Bright vibrant colors greet you as you step inside the doorway to this spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home. Down the hallway you can feel the fun funky vibe from the designs on the wall and the leopard print carpet leading you to each of the bedrooms and baths. As you walk into the living room the “Funky Fred” selfie wall will catch your eye and will be your group's favorite spot to capture memories that you will treasure forever. Step into the kitchen which is well equipped with everything you will need to cook up a meal or a few snacks for everyone to enjoy. As the sun comes up the sunroom with its oversized windows is the perfect place to gather with morning coffee and plan where to start your fun day of exploring Fredericksburg. Once you get back to the house after a long enjoyable day on the town, grab a glass of wine and head out to the hot tub under the pergola in the backyard and soak up the night sky, you will have plenty of privacy as the yard backs up to a wet weather creek. Blue Succulent Haus is going to be your go to spot when you come and visit Fredericksburg over and over again!

*There is a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the garage. - Please Note DO NOT open garage door - there is a back door from the garage that you may use.
-Any damages to the hot-tub will incur a fee of $500 or more.

-Wood for Chimenea is not provided.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. This place was just as described. It was beautiful and very peaceful. The sofa in the sun room needs to be cleaned. But the sunroom was so cute. The door from outside in the sunroom does not lock. There needs to be lighting outside. My only other complaint are the mirrors, girls like mirrors and for 10 people there was just not enough mirrors or lights.

Property was amazing! Very eclectic and stylish. The hot tub was nice and clean, as was the rest of the house. Although there wasn’t any lighting in the backyard, the hot tub did have some lights in it that was able to get the job done.
