Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:
Pet fees & rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for two dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-70lb weight limit and two dogs max allowed.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

-The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present.
Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. New built, with a modern farmhouse decor. However, furniture placement does not allow use of the eating area of the bar. I also would have preferred a secondary lock on the door due to the fact it is a keyless entry. Anyone with a code could access it.

Eagle Village is the perfect place to stay if your looking for a centrally located property from which to explore Fredericksburg and the surrounding Hill Country. Located off of Friendship Lane, you will have great access to Highways 290, 87, and 16 should you wish to seek adventure outside of Fredericksburg. If you want to do the town, you are less than 5 minutes from all of the shopping and dining on Main Street. The property is brand new as are all of the amenities. The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day’s adventure. Put Eagle Village at the top of your list if you are looking for a centrally located, just off the beaten path, brand new property to call “home” during your stay in Fredericksburg and the surrounding Hill Country.

We have stayed in several airbnbs in Fredericksburg and this by far was our favorite. The place was immaculate, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it is in a great location-not in the middle of the chaos of Main Street, but a 5-minute drive away. The (super clean) hot tub was the best way to end each day! We can’t wait to come back!
