Always Fishing! Gorgeous location and views, with a nice peekaboo view of Little Bay from the spacious back deck! Always Fishing has a private boat slip at your back door where you can park your boat, or fish off your own private deck. Also, both upstairs and downstairs have private decks! The master bedroom is conveniently located downstairs along with the living/dining/kitchen with the guest bedroom. The Bayhouse condominium complex is wonderfully equipped with tennis courts, 3 pools, and a private boat slip for guests.
Another of Always Fishing’s appealing amenities is its kitchen’s appointment of quality appliances and dinnerware. This kitchen comes stocked with a full complement of plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware, mixed drink tumblers, cocktail glasses, wine glasses, and many other little necessities for those wishing to dine in.
At the end of the night, when bedtime beckons, each of the Always Fishing’s bedrooms offer hotel-quality luxurious bedding and the latest in mattress technology, that provides an exceptionally recuperative night of sleep. Lay your head back and let yourself drift off to sleep, in preparation for yet another great day of fishing or coastal exploration in Rockport!
At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.
We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. Now more about the amenities and space of this lovely & luxurious home.
*In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $39 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.

The condo is clean & comfortable with a close proximity to the pool. The back patio is a nice place to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked. Master bed was comfortable & the room cooled well which was nice to sleep well.

Amazing Condo. Great location! Very centralized to everything. The back porch atmosphere is awesome. We had lots of friendly neighbors. If you decide to bring your boat make sure you bring a couple of extra long mooring lines. There is no dock on the upwind side. There’s only one post on the Aft side. So you will have to get creative. Also the tide swings were pretty dramatic while we were there +\- 2 feet. So make sure to leave some slack in your mooring lines.

We had to contact Cozi the evening of our first night (it was around 8:00pm on a Wednesday) to request the pool code and a real person answered and texted me the code instantaneously. Lovely clean well appointed Condo. We had a blast! Everything was well organized and spotless. We especially enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, and fishing dock at the condo. Just a short trip to the beach, restaurants and shops. Plenty to keep a young family busy in Rockport.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This place is close to some great restaurants, has a nice bay view and is right on the canal. My son loved catching crabs off the doc, and the whole house played a role in our overall great experience in Rockport. Super easy check in, and a minuted drive to Rockport Beach (my favorite beach in Texas so far). AC works great, good water pressure, and Netflix for movies at night.

This was a wonderful place. It was cozy, comfortable, well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and nice outdoor seating area.
