Always Fishing! Gorgeous location and views, with a nice peekaboo view of Little Bay from the spacious back deck! Always Fishing has a private boat slip at your back door where you can park your boat, or fish off your own private deck. Also, both upstairs and downstairs have private decks! The master bedroom is conveniently located downstairs along with the living/dining/kitchen with the guest bedroom. The Bayhouse condominium complex is wonderfully equipped with tennis courts, 3 pools, and a private boat slip for guests.

Another of Always Fishing’s appealing amenities is its kitchen’s appointment of quality appliances and dinnerware. This kitchen comes stocked with a full complement of plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware, mixed drink tumblers, cocktail glasses, wine glasses, and many other little necessities for those wishing to dine in.

At the end of the night, when bedtime beckons, each of the Always Fishing’s bedrooms offer hotel-quality luxurious bedding and the latest in mattress technology, that provides an exceptionally recuperative night of sleep. Lay your head back and let yourself drift off to sleep, in preparation for yet another great day of fishing or coastal exploration in Rockport!

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. Best Day Ever!

Our kids are still raving about this trip, that they had “the best day ever!” Fishing off the dock we caught a HUGE black drum and several trout. The condo was VERY clean, had comfy beds, a stocked kitchen, lounge-worthy patio and perfect location. Of the many places we’ve stayed in Rockport, this is our new favorite - we’ll be back.

This was a wonderful place. It was cozy, comfortable, well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and nice outdoor seating area. The AC kept the downstairs very cold and cool upstairs. Location was great. I really enjoyed our stay and would love to return for another relaxing vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This place is close to some great restaurants, has a nice bay view and is right on the canal. My son loved catching crabs off the doc, and the whole house played a role in our overall great experience in Rockport. Super easy check in, and a minuted drive to Rockport Beach (my favorite beach in Texas so far). AC works great, good water pressure, and Netflix for movies at night.

Lovely clean well appointed Condo. We had a blast! Everything was well organized and spotless. We especially enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, and fishing dock at the condo. Just a short trip to the beach, restaurants and shops. Plenty to keep a young family busy in Rockport.

We had a great time. This is an awesome condo that was exactly as described. We had to contact Cozi the evening of our first night (it was around 8:00pm on a Wednesday) to request the pool code and a real person answered and texted me the code instantaneously. Amazing Condo. Great location! Very centralized to everything. The back porch atmosphere is awesome. We had lots of friendly neighbors. If you decide to bring your boat make sure you bring a couple of extra long mooring lines. There is no dock on the upwind side. There’s only one post on the Aft side. So you will have to get creative. Also the tide swings were pretty dramatic while we were there +\- 2 feet. So make sure to leave some slack in your mooring lines.
