Had a great long weekend here! The perfect spot to feel like you're out in the country while also having the convenience of only being 10 minutes from Main St/downtown & close to all the wineries! We had a great time & would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and loved this adorable little “barn”. Everything math the listing online and worked perfectly for us. The location is close to the road which didn’t bother us and I didn’t hear anything while sleeping. This was a convenient location for the activities we planned. We are looking forward to staying again next time we are in town.

This is such a cute home to stay in and is only 8-ish minutes from downtown Fredericksburg. The fire pit was perfect to sit around and talk as the night got cooler. There is only one bathroom but it’s so big that 3 of us were able to do our hair and makeup at the same time haha. Our stay was amazing!

Our stay was amazing! If we absolutely needed anything we were able to contact Cozi and they helped us out. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place just outside of town but town is just a 5 min drive.

We stayed here as a family with our kids. It was a short stay but we loved the converted barn. It was very clean, had everything we needed. The one thing that was a nice surprise and not really highlighted was the view of the sunset from the fire pit area. We loved the view of the sunset!

Such a hidden gem in Fredericksburg. We were less than 10 minutes from Main St, so we had all of the conveniences of staying in town but also the magic of a star-filled sky in a quiet space to enjoy the evenings.
