Gorgeous Home 1 Blk from Main w/ Hot Tub & Fire Pit!

We fully enjoyed all the amenities (fireplace/hot tub) so close to all Fredericksburg has to offer. But we made soup for dinner after going to wineries & shopping & enjoyed the house. Will def be back.

Perfect for 3 couples and the king beds were great. A bit of a walk to the majority of the shops and restaurants but still walkable. One of the bathroom doors wouldn’t stay closed, but it just became the running joke of the weekend. Super clean place with a great kitchen. Definitely recommend.

The house was very spacious and had a lot of character.

Loved the king size beds in all three rooms and the outdoor area with hot tub, fire pit and plenty of seating. Short walk to lots of restaurants and Main St. Definitely recommend.

Perfect house, close to Main Street but quiet neighborhood. Everything new and clean as a whistle! Beds were all super-comfortable. Decor is very up-to-date and most adequate for our group of four women. Old house features lend it charm, but don't detract from the modern feel. 

What a great and comfortable place in a great location! Very clean, modernized old house with great kitchen, visiting/TV area, good beds and AC. Easy walk into town for eating and shopping. Would definitely stay there again. We had 3 couples and we all loved it.
Communication with owner and check in (push code lock) were great.
Only thing I might mention is one of the bedrooms is not closely connected with a bathroom, so they have to share one with others. Wasn’t an issue for us as one of the bathrooms is standalone, so access was not difficult. Just an FYI.

This was a beautiful home and so close to Main Street. I will definitely be staying here again.

This was the perfect location for our short weekend trip to Fredricksburg! Modern touches, but with all the nice antique vibes. Comfy beds & great open kitchen space. So nice to walk to & from Main Street!

Not far from all the action, but far enough to enjoy a stay and get a good nights sleep. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Such a great stay and wonderfully comfortable place. would definitely choose this place again.

This house was incredible! Perfectly decorated, amazing huge kitchen, very comfortable king beds, and the perfect location.

The house is super cute. The location and hot tub were also a huge plus. We had a fun but short stay. Hope to be back again soon!

This was by far the nicest home away from home we have ever stayed at. We enjoyed a ladies getaway for my daughter’s 22nd birthday and our stay at this home was nothing short of fantastic.

Check in was extremely easy. Host was very clear on instructions. Had a very short getaway and this house was perfect for our needs.

My wife and I came to town for a few days and stayed here and it was really terrific. Everything was clean and accommodating. Location is ideal to shopping and restaurants off of main.

Beautiful house and amenities were incredible. Beds were comfy, house was nice and cool and check-in/out was super easy. Might be the best place I’ve ever experienced! Well worth it! Close enough to walk to down town.

Perfect location to explore the area stores with the added bonus of an HEB within walking distance. Great size for our group of 3 with large bedrooms and plenty of space. Very clean and super easy to check in and out. Would recommend.

The beds were super comfortable. The space was very large and comfortable. Close to all the fun in town. The house is super well designed and appointed and looked just like the pictures. An updated old home with a lot of charm. We had a fun game night in. Then soaked our feet in the hot tub after a long day at wineries and walking main street.

We stayed for a week and was able to work in the mornings and hit the wineries in the afternoons. The wifi was great for working remotely and was able to handle all of our equipment with no issues. The home was in a perfect location as well. There was plenty of room and truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back here!

Comfortable BIG beds, truly king sized. Awesome location right next to Main Street. Great place to stay with family or close friends that you don’t mind sharing a bathroom with!

Absolutely perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. The house is so charming and well decorated - we felt right at home. The hot tub was also something we really enjoyed - great after a long day in the car. Even though we had just a minor hiccup with check in, it was handled well and professionally. I truly appreciated it. Also, the host was very responsive to any questions I had and always got back to me in a timely manner. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend this property!
