Great experience all around!

We booked this property for a birthday weekend getaway and it was perfect! The location is perfect. It’s close to the square and not too far from the river but still manages to have that “out of town” feel to it. The online pictures do NOT do this house justice! It is way more spacious than we expected. The property manager was very accommodating and so nice! This was the smoothest booking I’ve ever experienced and will not hesitate to do it again!

Rented this house for a weekend trip for our friends 30th birthday. Really close to downtown, but still far enough to where we felt like we were able to get away from the city. We went and floated the river and it wasn’t too far of a drive from the property. Very clean and plenty of room! Holly the property manager was also there when we arrived for check in, and answered any and all questions we had. Would rent again!

This house was private, clean and a good size for our disc golf group. Close to flying armadillo. Hot tub was clean and hot. This house was updated and clean. Out in the country bye itself feel.

The location is great, just minutes from town. Beds were amazingly comfortable. The great room was perfect for our family with the 2 extra long sofas, we were all able to sit/lay and watch movies and talk. The hot tub was pristine and serviced twice during our 10 day stay. We were there to help my daughter during recovery from surgery. She and her husband live in the area but are on the 2nd floor of a busy, walk up apartment complex. This home was perfect for her to rest, recoup and have minimal stairs and walking post surgery. While there, we experienced a days long deep freeze. We were contacted to ensure we had power, were warm and had enough bedding. I would gladly rent this location again when we go back for a visit. If you are a Bobcats fan and are coming to town for a game, this home is 6 minutes from the stadium with only 5 turns from the driveway.

The stay with Cozi was amazing the house is very clean and spacious. The master bedroom and bathroom was beautiful loved the double shower heads and it has it’s own exit onto the patio. The kitchen is open and you can interact with guest while cooking, it also has a variety of spices and oils. Location was great was close to the event we came down for as well as shopping and dining out. Plenty of games to keep kids busy. The patio was also a good feature with hot tub,hammocks games lots of seating outside. Very relaxing. Will definitely book again

Amazing home - better than the photos show! There was plenty of room for our family and kids. It was clean and spacious and we really enjoyed our visit. It is conveniently located just minutes from town, but on a very private lot which we loved.
One thing to note is that the hot tub has not been cleaned in a while, so it’s not ready to use.

Friends & I got together for a birthday weekend get away! Floated the river, grilled some food and enjoyed the hot tub! This place was exactly what we needed! 10 minutes from the River, The Square is not far & so many other things super close too! The house was clean and cute! Only complaint is not extra trash bags or paper towels so consider that on your trip. No bathroom stuff whatever either (which is not super uncommon for Airbnb, but just a heads up). Only thing we didn’t like was the Ring camera went off and the started talking to us, which made us a little uncomfortable knowing someone was watching. Otherwise great trip & host was super nice!

Newly renovated, very comfortable and clean. Our family of 8 really enjoyed out stay there. Very comfortable beds and house had everything we needed. Close to the town but at the same time isolated. Loved the backyard and fire pit. Definitely would recommend!
