This stunning and freshly remodeled home is nestled right on a hilltop overlooking breathtaking canyons and views. It is only located 2 miles from the heart of downtown Fredericksburg. This luxury retreat and oasis sits on 4 beautiful acres and boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms have a luxurious and cozy king bed, and 1 has two luxurious and cozy queen beds. You'll love the open concept living, stunning views, exceptional indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a new kitchen with brand new appliances, 75 Inch TV and surround sound system by Polk premium audio, and a pool table, making this home perfect for entertaining and socializing for large groups and families. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine and whiskey glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in.

Furthermore, the outdoor space is ideal for gatherings and boasts an 8-seater hot tub, 10-seater dining table, propane gas grill, and 12-seater outdoor firepit area. For those staying longer, a washer and dryer are available. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles privately. We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $155 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.
