Welcome to the Kaizen Guesthaus, a gorgeous upscale and luxurious home located only 3 miles from Main St. Fredericksburg. This home is custom designed for hosting multi-family, couples, and friends getaways with its open space living concept and expansive dining and kitchen areas. From having a family dinner or game of pool to enjoying s’mores or an evening cocktail at the outdoor fireplace or newly expanded deck area with string lights, there is so much to do at our home with your loved ones.

Just three miles from the heart of downtown Fredericksburg Main Street, this property offers an exquisite rural retreat with two separate homes. The living room in the main house is an expansive, inviting area with vaulted ceilings create a grand ambiance. A pool table provides additional entertainment for lively gatherings.

A full chef's kitchen designed to indulge your culinary fantasies. Equipped with a double cook range featuring eight burners and two griddles, this kitchen offers every amenity needed to craft gourmet delights. The adjacent dining room seats an impressive 16 guests, making it an ideal space for entertaining.

The main house offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom is a serene oasis, featuring a king-sized bed. A private patio offers a space for moments of tranquility, and the en-suite bathroom is a true luxury with its large soaking tub. The second bedroom is equally sumptuous, boasting another king-sized bed and a full bathroom for added convenience.

The cabin is a delightful hideaway with modern comforts. The living room's centerpiece is a large stone fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. The full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, is ready for your culinary creations. The dining room comfortably seats four, making it perfect for intimate meals.

Two beautifully appointed bedrooms await in the cabin. Each is furnished with a king-sized bed for a good night's sleep. Two full bathrooms add convenience and luxury to your stay.

The outdoor space is a haven for relaxation and recreation. A wood fireplace with seating is perfect for cool evenings. Additional patio furniture can be found under the shaded patio for al fresco dining. Grill your favorite meals while making use of the herb garden.

For entertainment, there's a host of activities to enjoy. Engage in lively games of Giant Jenga or cornhole. Lounge in one of the inviting hammocks for a peaceful siesta. 8 Adults, room for everyone. House was Clean and Beautiful. So well stocked it was unbelievable. They thought of everything. Small issues resolved right away. Management was on top of everything. Much to our surprise, Moses and Ernesto from the Groundskeeping department were there to pick up a tree limb that had fallen without us even asking. Surpassed our expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Large property, close to town

The house was just as photographed. It was nice having a bed and bath for each couple. The kitchen is huge and would be great for a couple of families or one big one. The outdoor areas were a nice bonus, we just didn't have enough time to really use them although we did use them each night.

Our group was 4 couples (4 sisters and their husbands). This property blew us away - the pictures don't do it justice. Very impressed with the size and peacefulness. If you want a place that is close to Main Street but not in the middle of the chaos then this is it! The house is a perfect size for a small group of couples where each couple has plenty of privacy. The beds are cozy, the house is clean and the grounds are gorgeous. The kitchen has all the things to prepare a gourmet meal. The pool table was an added bonus. There is an attention to detail and a great response time from the host. We are already talking about going back again. Hospitality at its finest!

This was a great rental to accommodate a family gathering for the holidays. The beds were comfy and the couch is made a great sleep as well for the kiddos. The guest house allowed some separation for the smaller kids to go to bed early. We absolutely enjoyed the kitchen and the outdoor space. In addition it’s in close proximity to Fredericksburg and allowed us to have entertainment during the day.

What a great spot…plenty of room for plenty of people (we only had 4 but could have accommodated more), and great/organized amenities!

Do not be worried about it not being ‘downtown’. The location is prime! We were able to be to both downtown, and the heart of the wine trail in less than 10 minutes!

The property was beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are in a cabin on the property and was also beautiful with a room separating each bedroom. Great House | Property!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the property. The floorpan was open with a fantastic kitchen with pretty much everything anyone would need to cook. Every bedroom had an extremely comfortable king-size bed (with great pillows too!) as well as it's own bathroom.

The outside area is beautiful as well although we didn't get to take as much advantage as we would have liked to due to some really strong winds - wasn't the right weather for an outdoor fire :). That said, we would absolutely love to go back and get another chance because the seating area is awesome.

The house was clean, the staff was friendly, and it pretty much just felt like home for the 3 days we were there. It's also great proximity to downtown Fredericksburg - only a 5 minute drive.

Perfect Hill Country retreat. Ideal for multiple couples or extended family. Our entire family was able to stay comfortably during our daughters wedding weekend. Such an amazing property! And a very convenient location to all the spots you want to visit. We enjoyed this rental for a long overdue extended family weekend. We traveled here for a yearly guys trip. There were six of us. These two homes were extremely well kept. It had plenty of space of relaxing. The fire pit was a big hit since it was a bit chilly. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone with a group of 4-8 peopl.

I cannot say enough great things about the property and the management communication. This was the most perfect property for our Christmas celebration with some of our extended family. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. The rooms were super comfortable and had all the amenities. They also had outside games and the outdoor fireplace was enjoyed by all. They went above and beyond and decorated the home as well for Christmas!!! An amazing trip!

Not many places as great as this one. We had 4 couples traveling together and each had it's own king bedroom and bathroom! Main house was large enough for all to gather for meals, poker, watch ball games... Made most meals there and kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Location is fantastic - close enough to town and wineries but secluded enough to have that "in the country" feel. We will definitely book over and over again for our annual trek to the hill country.

We visited several wineries and spent time shopping downtown, something for everyone in Fredericksburg, but the best part of the day was heading back to the house to unwind. This Property is done right, very welcoming and spacious. It will be the only place for us on our return trips. There were 8 of us and all 8 agreed it was perfect! We all loved it!!

This is a beautiful, quiet place out in the peaceful country setting just a few minutes from Fredericksburg’s Main Street. A wonderful place to relax out on the patio under the stars. We had four couples and we each had our own space where we didn’t intrude on one another. Occasional games of pool and cornhole added to the contentment. But the collection of classic vinyl albums to listen to for these 60-somethings was special. There is nothing wrong with this exceptional home.

We had an amazing time here with our two sons and daughters-in-law! The accommodations were perfect with the lovely home and wonderful guest house. Everyone had plenty of room and the surrounding property was beautiful! We felt like we were out in the country yet we were within minutes of downtown Fredericksburg. It was also an easy 30 minute drive to Enchanted Rock state park where our boys grew up camping. They loved it! Thank you for your warm hospitality. We hope to come back each year!

This was a great house for my wife and my three sons and their wives, and one grandbaby. The kitchen and family room in the main house is very spacious and comfortable. We grilled steaks one night using the propane grill and sat outside on the patio with a fire going in the outside fireplace before the meal. The boys enjoyed the bean bag toss game ( I don't like the other name of this game). I was concerned that the dining table might not be big enough to sit all 8 adults, but with the four folding chairs, we were all able to gather round. Another thing which is so nice is the peaceful setting in the country. Its only about a five minute drive into town. And the hosts provided all the essentials to make your stay one you will treasure. My daughter No. 1 said this ranked near the top of all the places we have stayed, and I agree.

Cindy, that home owner was great! We absolutely loved the house from the commercial kitchen to the outdoor patio. Hideaway 102 had anything that you could think of and more. Family getaway

This venue is terrific. Cannot say enough good things about it. We have been going to
B&bs, rentals and other venues for our family get togethers for 18 years and this is the best
by far. The kitchen is fully stocked down to the spices and maple syrup. Everything you need
to cook is there except the meat. The main living area is fantastic,with pool table,
entertainment center and tv. Plenty of seating for everyone. The bedrooms with king beds
are very comfortable. The patio and back deck were wonderful. Huge fireplace on the deck was a great place to spend the evening. Cindy and Rusty were so helpful with any
questions we had. Excellent hosts. The HideAway is about 2 miles out of Fredericksburg
so was very private and quiet. Lots of deer nearby. We are already planning a return
trip for next year.

Cindy and Rusty were awesome. Continuous communication the entire time. They met us soon after we arrived with great tips and area info.

We had 4 couples and this place could not have been any better...all had a king bed and our own private bath. The kitchen and family room were so nice. Such a clean and well equipped place. And the vinyl albums....could have been from my record collection!!!! Bonus!!!

We really enjoyed the patio where we sat and visited a lot. We enjoyed watching the sheep and the deer. We made a fire in the outdoor fireplace one night where we made smores. Yum.

Hideaway 102 was an excellent choice for our visit to Fredericksburg. The four bedrooms and baths were great for 7 women. The beds were extremely comfortable and I loved the sheets in the master. We enjoyed cooking our meals in, playing pool and cards.

Great place to stay . Has two houses on lot . All in Family enjoyed our stay , not far from town. A lot of things to do in town . The main house is very nice , 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathroom , and pool table and nice stove. The other house also has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen . The outside patio is nice , nice place to relax and enjoy especially at night to look at the stars .

Lovely home in quiet, rural setting, yet just 10 minutes away from all the action in downtown Fredricksburg. We watched deer, sheep and horse from our windows each morning. We all loved the pool table and enjoyed cooking our meals in the spacious kitchen. Four of us slept in the two bedrooms in the main house; the other three used the two bedrooms in the guest house. Highly recommend this property.

This is one of the best rental houses I have stayed in. I wish the weather would have been nicer so that we could have enjoyed the outdoor area. The beds and linens were so nice I didn't want to get out of bed. The house appeared to have everything although we couldn't find the iron in either house. I am sure we could have called and asked but it was no big deal. I would absolutely recommend this house and am trying to come up with a reason to stay again!

This home is ideal for large groups. We didn't spend a lot of time in Fredericksburg but the house is just a short drive from downtown. It is also convenient to many wineries, but the real charm of the house is the outdoor living and open concept that make it perfect for large families or groups. We loved it!

We rented this for a family get-together and couldn't have been happier with this property. Spacious, spotless, comfortable and homey. Chef's kitchen, comfortable bedding, pool table. Main house has 2 bedrooms (each with en suite bath) and a half-bath off main living area. Guest house has 2 bedrooms (also each with en suite) connected by living area and studio-style kitchen (full-size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, sink). Each guest house room has private, digitally-locking entrance. This property is convenient to downtown Fredericksburg and the wineries, but far enough out of town and off of 290 to be out of crowds and traffic. Wonderful property and gracious hosts. We are already planning our next visit....

Incredible Stay

Four couples, comfortably relaxing and enjoying each other's company. Beautiful, spacious home with lots of warmth and character and a fantastic patio with huge fireplace to gather around. All the amenities in the home to make it easy to cook and entertain each other. The commercial sized stove was amazing to cook on and the large kitchen had plenty of room for several people to move around in without getting in each other's way. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable as well as the bathrooms. Gorgeous, clear nights by the fire made it easy to see so many twinkling stars. Lots of deer roaming around these quiet country roads at dusk and dawn...so pretty. The best part of it all, is that this home is so close to downtown Fredericksburg (maybe 10 minutes away) and also many wineries in the area if you're looking to visit any. The owners, Cindy and Rusty, were such a pleasure to meet and they were so welcoming to all of us into their home. We had an incredible stay and hope to be able to visit again soon. The property is beautiful. The perfect setting for a family celebration or friends getaway. The kitchen is a cook's dream come true. Every bedroom has a full bath. We enjoyed the wonderful album collection, pool table and games. and patio. We had a fire 24 hrs, great for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Everything you need to available. Can"t wait to return.

Wonderful Stay!

Fredericksburg is a great destination made better by HideAway 102. This amazing home and guest house is perfectly equipped for everything you can imagine. The peaceful setting, outdoor deck and fire place are wonderful place to spend your time though the indoor chef's kitchen and pool table are very appealing as well. Every bedroom has an en suite for everyone's comfort and we couldn't have asked for anything more for our getaway and hosts. Wonderful stay in an amazing place.

We had a wonderful time at HideAway 102. This is a gem in Fredericksburg. We enjoyed all the Fredericksburg activities but then it was nice to be at this quiet home and enjoy the pool table, awesome record collection and outdoor fire at night. It was perfect for our needs, clean and very roomy. Thank you Rusty and Cindy!

The house and guesthouse were perfect for our trip to Fredericksburg. The house had everything we needed. It has and awesome kitchen and the outdoor patio was amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely a beautiful home with wonderful views all around. Loved hearing all the country sounds. Not far from town or wineries. The owners were so quick to respond with any questions. We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to stay here again. Peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful accommodations.

Wonderful Girls Trip to Fredericksburg

Five of us from the Houston, Texas area who have been friends for 50 years, had a wonderful three nights' stay at this property. The property was even better than the description and was stocked with everything we needed. All the bedrooms had king beds with nice linens. We had just a relaxing time and fun time together. The owners were most accommodating. We plan to book this great place again in the very near future.

We had a great time and loved the property! The house was spacious, clean, well maintained, and well appointed! The patio areas were perfect for gathering and being a bit out of town was a major plus for our "Girls' Get-Away"! We definitely plan to return next year! The only minor issue was that the dining table was a bit small for our group, but we managed around it. The pool table was a nice touch!

Kathleen we are glad you had a great time and enjoyed being at HideAway 102. We look forward to seeing you next year!! We actually have a leaf for the table which we have now put in the hall closet with extra chairs.

Great place for a couples get away

The houses were lovely as were the outdoor spaces in which to enjoy the country. Hummingbirds entertained us and fans kept us cool. The huge kitchen with a commercial grade stove was great for us all to gather and cook together. It's a short drive into Fredericksburg.

House and cottage were both ready to go. We visited for my 70th birthday and couldn't have been happier. The house was beautiful and everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. Thoroughly enjoyed the patio area and pool table. Used the kitchen which was incredible and even cooked some brats on the grill!! Overall, a truly wonderful weekend.

Glad everyone had a wonderful time and we hope to see you again!!

Great House and Outdoor area!

This house was perfect for our trip! We had four couples and it was perfect for us! We each had our own private bedroom and bathroom and then great living areas (inside and the patio) and wonderful kitchen to share! We will be back!

Amazing compound for our girls weekend!

The home was amazing - clean, and well organized, we never had a question as to where something was or how to use anything. Really a perfect home for rentals. We had 6 girls stay and there are 4 VERY LARGE bedrooms and bathrooms with king sized beds and plenty of communal room. Sometimes when you book a place online you dont really get a feel for the area but this place is truly in the country - nice and quiet - though only a quick less than 10 min drive to downtown Fredricksburg. Cindy was a fantastic host and was always in touch and one guest left something and she was kind enough to offer to mail it back since we live out of town. HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place with lots of space. Amazing huge kitchen and plenty of outdoor seating and fans, which we enjoyed even though it was over 100 degrees out. Thank you, Cindy!

Beautiful property...didn't want to leave

We loved our stay at Hideaway 102! The layout was perfect for our family and my parents. We had so much fun playing pool. We enjoyed watching deer, hummingbirds, and rabbits during the mornings and evening on the huge patio. The bedrooms were all spacious with attached bathrooms and very comfy king size beds. The bathrooms were stocked with nice fluffy towels.

The kitchen was a dream and well stocked. There were condiments, spices, and more available for our use. The owners even welcomed us with a special treat on the island upon our arrival.

The property is convenient to Fredericksburg. It is an easy 5 minute drive to town or wineries. We loved being close but enjoyed the country feel. We hope to come back soon!
