Koselig Hus | Cowboy Pool | Outdoor Shower

Very comfortable and nicely remodel home. Would have rated 5 stars, but only 4 due to hidden fees. Advertised as having EV charger, but didn't mention $30/day fee to use. Also very slow and needed to still use supercharged as well

Fancy Furnishings for sure! All 3 king beds were great! Loved the home and the back patio. Only downside would be the location. We brought our 2 kids (10 and 8 yrs) and the walk to main st wasn’t kid friendly. There isn’t a sidewalk on Llano so we definitely didn’t feel safe walking home at night. Location is great if you don’t mind driving to Main st to stroll around but I would not plan on walking from this house.

Awesome place and great stay. The only problem was that the "Cowboy pool" has a heater adjacent that does not work and it sure would have been used had they fixed it. They should advertise that the pool is for cooling only if they don't fix the heater. Also we called about mixing valve in guest shower and plumber was called quickly, got hot water and told us to leave the valve where it was as they can be tricky. Nobody loves to have the same temperature as person before so of course once moved no hot water. The water was warm for our guests but not hot like our shower. They need to replace that valve before the next guest arrives...it is broken. Other than that this place was awesome!!!! We would stay again!!!

The house was super cute inside. The furniture and beds were very comfortable.

The description said spa/ whirlpool is included. We were looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub which I consider a spa is a hot tub. We were informed after arriving it was a Cowboy pool and not heated. Maybe the description needs to be adjusted.

This was an amazing property and it was everything we needed to have a great and relaxing vacation.

High quality natural materials, decor, accessories, and appliances throughout the house. Thoughtfully and tastefully put together with comfort and convenience for the guest in mind. Cozi details like slow closing drawers, soft throws, fresh scents, great lighting, beautiful books, many options for seating indoors and outside made our stay feel relaxed and taken care of with style. We wished it was available longer as we would’ve stayed all month! Cozi is our new go-to vacation rental and standard for all other vacation rentals. Excellence and high value!

Good location. Close to Main Street. Very responsive hosts!! The house was just as we expected.

We stayed at the Koselig Hus from December 20th to 23rd, 2023. The house was very new and some pots and interior items still had labels and price tags on them. The house seems to be decorated by interior designers or from the Schöner Wohnen magazine. Everything is very tasteful, high quality, and well thought-out. Examples of this are the Samsung The Frame TV with a usable Netflix account, the Staub cast iron casserole dish, and picture books. The house is located in a quiet residential area north of the city center, excellent for hiking at Enchanted Rock (25 minutes by car) and for strolling in Fredericksburg (the Main Street is a 20-minute walk away). On the day of arrival, we had a water heater malfunction in the evening. The landlords from Cosy were immediately reachable by email, responded even at midnight, and sent a technician who repaired the short circuit the next morning. Therefore, we give 5/5 stars for the property, the stay, and the agency.

We had a great time and loved the house. Perfect design. Great location. Luxurious sheets.. comfy bed.. great dining setup… we loved the kitchen and all of its pots and pans and utensils. The fridge was fab (my sister has the same one). Backyard porch was perfectly setup.

This is one of the best AirBnbs that we have ever stayed. From the checkin to check out they had thought of everything. The house had everything you would need from games to full stocked kitchen. All very nice appliances. For those that might be working the the internet is very fast (500Mbps plus). 

Koselig Hus was everything I hoped it would be. It's SUPER cute and I literally wanted to live there myself. It was a good distance from Main Street. You could easily walk everywhere if you wanted. The house had lots of room and having all King beds is so nice. Has great mirrors for all the ladies lol! 

This has got to be one of the nicest places I have stayed at. House was in a great location in a very quiet neighborhood close to Main Street. House was immaculate, beds super comfortable and I loved the bathroom. The only thing was there was not much privacy in the main bathroom as the window is not beveled glass so you really need to keep the window coverings closed. Fantastic shower and very clean.

Beautiful and comfortable home to stay in for a Fredericksburg getaway!

The place is modern, has every amenity and is comfortable. We loved the little cowboy pool that is perfect for a soak to cool off or for some smaller kids to enjoy. The lack of fencing around the backyard didn’t bother us as the yard doesn’t really face anything in particular. Would stay again and loved the attention to detail.

The house was super clean, smelled great, and decorated amazing! They seriously should leave links to the refrigerator, furniture, blankets, comforter, etc because the aesthetic was great.
It was close enough to Main Street to drive there under 5 min but far enough where the neighborhood was quiet.

Immaculate home with beautiful design and perfect layout for our girls’ trip for 6. Kitchen incredibly well stocked and clean. We enjoyed watching the chickens across the street from the back patio, which was very comfortable. Short drive to Main St and very quiet neighborhood. Check-in/out was a breeze and management responded quickly to a couple of small issues we had.

We absolutely loved our stay. The decor was really thought through and the host had a quick response time. We were comfortable in the beds and felt right at home. Hoping to come back soon!

My friend and I were pleasantly surprised that the listing itself matched up with what\'s seen in person. We felt comfortable and charmed by the decor. The only thing we had an issue with was the fact that the back sliding door offered zero privacy at night (a curtain or something would be nice!). Other than that I would definitely stay here again when visiting Fredericksburg in the future.

If Jenni Kayne designed a home in Fredricksburg, this would be it! Beautifully decorated, super comfortable beds and linens, great bathrooms, and a perfect outdoor space to reconnect with old friends. We will definitely be back!

I could not believe we lucked into this house being available at the last minute. From the moment we opened the front door we felt right at home and never wanted to leave! The house was spotless and had the perfect amenities needed for a girls trip. It was more than enough space for our group of four and could have easily slept more if needed. The back porch was a perfect hangout spot and the kitchen had nicer cookware than my house! 10/10 would stay here again.

What a wonderful curated space. My best friend and I had a real life-changing stressful week. This was the best little trip and space we could ask for. Who sleeps well the first night at a new place? We did. Such attention to detail. Loved the bathrooms. Such a quiet neighborhood. This was literally one of the best Airbnb I ever stayed at. I am an interior design junkie and this filled my heart so much. Can’t wait to stay again.

After a long journey, we arrived at dusk to Kuselig Hus. Charming from the outside, we entered a softly lit home and felt immediately welcomed. There was even sparkling water and snacks for us. We each chose our own bedrooms, and had the best night sleep. Woke up to bright sunshine and husband already at the coffee bar making a cup for me. I’m telling you, the hosts thought of everything. We sat out on the back patio drinking coffee, listening to the birds and planning our week. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything you could think of, and of the highest quality. Everything was so beautifully done, with soothing colors and comfy, high quality furniture. We have traveled and stayed at many rental places and this was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had. I liked the bedding and towels so much I inquired about where to buy them. The place was spotless, and had a very peaceful quality. Great location as close enough to downtown to get in a really good walk and visit shops and museums. Planning a trip back as still so many things to see and do.

It looks even better than in the pictures - the hosts truly splurged on designer furniture and thoughtful, quality pieces that make this place the perfect stay for a getaway. Check-in was smooth and flawless. Fantastic location, just 3 mins away from downtown Fredericksburg and all of the best spots to dine.

Extremely clean with high quality appliances and furniture. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet without road noise. The hosts were kind and responded quickly to any questions or concerns.

We had a great stay at the Koselig Hus! The house is just renovated and with tasteful design. All the furniture is new and well decorated. The beds, pillows, bedsheets, towels are excellent quality. The house also provided fully functional kitchen with cooking equipment and tools. Great for guests who want to prepare meals during the stay. The neighborhood is quiet. The location is great, which is only 3-4 minutes driving distance from the main street.

As for privacy concern, outsiders can see everything from the living room window to the dining area, especially when the lights are on during nighttime. The glass sliding doors to the backyard does not provide privacy as well. Compared to our previous Airbnb stays, this Airbnb has higher cleaning fees and requires guests to be involved more in the cleaning process, such as wash your dishes, put anything back you moved during your stay, take garbage out to designated trash can, etc.

The hosts obviously put a lot of thought into this Airbnb. The furniture and furnishings were beautiful - even better than as depicted. The beds were amazing - so comfortable. The bed linens and bath towels were as luxurious as what you would expect at a five star hotel. The kitchen was amazing - it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The refrigerator and range were first class. We were very impressed with the home and kept saying "Wow, the hosts really thought of everything!" I would definitely stay here again!
