Welcome to Lariat Springs, Texas Hill Country’s newest luxury rental retreat destination. This stunning villa, with sensational hilltop views, boasts a rock waterfall cascading into an infinity pool and oversized hot tub, making it the perfect outdoor oasis. Ideal for Large Groups as a vacation rental and events for Family Reunions, Rehearsal Dinners, Corporate Off-sites, Executive Meetings, Team-building retreats, Yoga retreats, and much more!
The outdoor space is complete with a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen, which includes a 48-inch commercial-grade grill and gas-fired pizza oven. An outdoor shaded patio also gives you access to an oversized ice machine, under-counter beverage cooler, and wet bar kitchenette. Enjoy a margarita from the bar as you sunbathe on the large deck, with a garage door-style screen, looking out over Texas Hill Country.
Moving indoors, a state-of-the-art lounge has several areas to relax and/or have a private conversation. You can take a seat at the bar and admire the handmade bar top, or feel like a professional chef using the top-of-the-line commercial kitchen with two ovens. Should you hire a professional chef, the kitchen will also fit their needs with a 6-burner commercial cooktop, 24” flat top, ice maker, drink station, wine cooler, and plenty of prep space.
Want to relax in front of a fireplace on a chilly evening? Curl up in our cozy furniture in the Stone Room, a covered outdoor area located just off the lounge featuring a gas-fired fireplace. Program the Sonos sound system with your favorite tunes to enjoy indoors and out.
Lariat Springs will accommodate up to 14 overnight guests comfortably in 5 bedrooms: 3 king rooms and 2 double queen rooms. One king room is handicap accessible. Each room has an attached private bath, independent HVAC unit, 50” TV, Sonos sound system, beverage cooler, coffee station, and microwave. Two to four additional guests can “rough it” on our comfortable air mattresses if need be.
The gated parking lot is secure and has room for up to 20 vehicles. Lariat Springs is your premier New Braunfels venue for a wedding rehearsal dinner, a family wedding hub, an off-site corporate team-building retreat, or family reunion.

We wish there was a little more to do closer to the house, but Gruene wasn’t too far away so we went there quite a bit. I’m sure it’s even more amazing in the warmer months. Thanks for having us!

Amazing hosts and a phenomenal place to stay. Bedrooms felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. Kitchen was industrial and great for cooking for large groups. All the kitchen supplies you need. Endless entertainment with several areas to hangout and enjoy the view and nature. Perfect place for a large group.

Being at Lariat Springs we were able to bring a taste of Italy with us. We made homemade pizza with the outdoor pizza oven and sipped on a glass of wine. We gathered around the outdoor fireplace and had great conversations and laughs with our friends while sipping hot cocoa. This house brings out the elegance in you along with relaxation and mindfulness with the perfect ambiance. We sat down for a sit-down dinner enjoying a warm Italian meal. The greenery of the place makes you feel like you are at a vineyard along with the beautiful outdoor lighting. The hot springs pool was breathtaking with vivid colors and warm water to relax in. We can’t say enough good things about this place. it was AMAZING. From Martha the manager (the sweetest lady ever), the customer service from the rental management, the house, location to the pool which was the best part. It was all great.
The rooms are like a hotel, 2 different sections and separate from the “house” living/kitchen area. (which we loved) from the left, you have 3 rooms (all upstairs). 1 with 2 queens and 2 with king beds. Then the living area in the middle and the right was 2 more “rooms” upstairs was 2 queen beds and downstairs (no door only a little curtain which was the only down side of this property) was a king bed. ALL the rooms have their own bathroom and shower.
There is a wash room and a cute little pool house.
Then the pool, 2 levels. Hot tube/soaking pool up top and a beautiful waterfall into the main pool. so relaxing and beautiful views. we could sit out there for hours doing nothing.
If your thinking of going, DO IT! you won’t regret staying here. we will definitely be back! b

This is a wonderful, secluded location for a quiet stay with friends or family. We used it for a girl's retreat and had an absolutely wonderful time. Sleeping accommodations are separated from the kitchen and gathering area which made it easy to balance early risers with those who wanted to sleep in. Views were spectacular and there are so many places on the property to gather for conversation. There is a full commercial kitchen which may be intimidating to use for home cooks, but makes it the perfect location for catered services and events and dinner parties.

I booked this venue because I wanted my sisters and I to have a weekend that we would never forget, and this place delivered. Martha was incredibly helpful, and whatever question or issues we had, she was quick to answer and solve. Martha assisted us in booking a chief to come over to utilize the commercial level kitchen, which was absolutely amazing. We heavily used the hot tub, and the “ice” room, and made great use of the pizza oven. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about this dream of a place.

Incredible place for a business meeting, family retreat, small party or any event!! The accommodations at Lariat Springs are on point! Separate entries to each bedroom offering privacy when staying with a large group. I liked that the bedrooms were attached with option to leave doors open for the small kids to keep an eye on them and not too closed off from our room. Outside was all you would ever want and need and more. The pizza oven was such a fun experience! Every inch of this house was used as the pool house was most favorite due to beautiful weather we had during our stay. It’s perfect location, we went to Wimberley (30 mins) and Gruene at night about 25 mins from house. The host Martha provided exceptional service and was very accommodating to my family. Can’t wait to visit again!!!

We rented the property for my birthday to have plenty of room for my family of 24. The common living room area was great opening up to the small deck with the custom built grilling area with pizza oven. They all had fun making pizza and seemed to eat more because of getting to cook them! There is a built in ice chest for easy access to drinks outside, with sink, trash cans and prepping area built in also. The variety of outdoor space even in the month of October was perfect because of the screened in porch area with fire pit coffee table overlooking the pool. This time of year of course the pool was cold but the custom built hot tub is large enough to hold 10-12 people. There are pool towels available! A surprise was the bedrooms have outside entrances which is good but needs to be considered if you have children staying with you. My husband and I were the only ones to stay the night but if we had children stay we would have put adults in each area due to 3 bedrooms separated from the other 2 bedrooms with outside access. There is a small front indoor/outdoor fireplace room that seemed to be a gathering spot. There is plenty of parking and the overall experience with the VIEW from the back is amazing! We will be back...they have taken a lot of care and thought into making this property special for their guests!

The property manager, Martha, was always quick to communicate and ensure our stay was enjoyable. The property was very clean, plenty of amenities, an amazing view, and a kitchen/outdoor grill that we took full advantage of. This was hand-down the best rental property we have ever stayed at - thank you Lariat Springs for an outstanding week!

This was an awesome place to stay for our family retreat. Beautiful views, lovely decor/furnishings, etc. It was really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and mini refrigerator. The kitchen was amazing as well! We definitely plan to stay here again!

The views, the privacy, the peacefulness at night made this a perfect getaway for my family. The gourmet kitchens made me want to cook.

An absolutely beautiful and relaxing space. We had a wonderful time swimming in the pool, looking out over the hill country, and cooking out on the grill and pizza oven. So many convenient amenities, and the general manager Martha and helpful Cozi staff made sure all our questions were answered and our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Our 3 generational family of 14 had a wonderful week at our private hilltop retreat!!! Our mental health has been boosted and our family bond is closer—the kitchen, pizza oven and outdoor grill, spa and pool with waterfalls and lights, cozy nooks and crannies for reading and game playing—Ice machines,refrigerators, coffee makers-pictures of the home are beautiful-we has high expectations and we were not disappointed!

The accommodations were absolutely perfect. The views are spectacular! We spent a lot of time in the pool which was invigorating because the water was not a hot bath like most other pools in Texas this time of year. The kitchen was perfect for those of us who did the cooking. Martha the property manager was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Can't recommend this place enough! You won't be disappointed.

Martha was an amazing host even before the stay. She was so quick to respond to any questions we had and she was so kind. Once we got to the airbnb, it exceeded our expectations. We actually had our wedding here due to COVID-19 but I would do it all over again even without the pandemic situation. It was breathtaking!

This is the place for your celebration! My family & I arrived on my 60th birthday. After expressing interest in using the outdoor pizza oven, Martha offered to pick up dough and marinara at a local Italian restaurant. While we were out tubing on the Guadelupe, she texted tips&tricks for best results! What a fun party!
The other unexpected thing about Lariat Springs is how many vantages there are to stay outside even during rain or storms. The Ice House is a lovely shelterIng place for watching Hill Country thunderstorms and summer lightening. Even the hot tub has live oak branches that create a canopy under which we watched the storm roll in as the first wave of light rain began.

Lariat springs has a fantastic team of people that hosted us and worked day and night to make sure we were pleased and comfortable in the house. This place is gorgeous with an incredible view of the hill country. Every touch that the house had, from decorations to amenities was just top of the line and so impressive. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and will be coming back soon!

Hands down, one of the best air bnb properties my wife and I have ever stayed in. My entire family enjoyed our stay, we wanted to stay longer. During the daytime we all hung out at the pool, the kids listen to their music dancing and snacked on what I grilled outside on the pit. At night we were usually in the hot tub taking in the Texas hillside views... it was awesome to see the sun set and rise. The kids watched movies and did smores while my wife got drunk for her birthday. Lol jk Kuddos to whoever designed and built the house, they thoroughly put their creative touches on every inch of the property. We hope to have the opportunity to visit Lariat springs again in the future. (Genius)

Pictures are accurate, this is an amazing property. Perfectly set up for families, small groups, reunions, etc. Beautiful rooms with attached baths, decked out common areas. We loved the “ice house” which has the deck overlooking the pool, set up with outdoor lounge furniture, gas fire pit table, commercial ice maker, wet bar and fridge. Great space to gather in casual luxury.
Full commercial kitchen could have handled cooking bigger meals than we attempted, but next time will use that space more. They also offered some private chef offerings that seemed like would be amazing for larger groups that don’t want to have to mess with cooking.
Management met us onsite and graciously showed us around the property before leaving us to relax on our own. Martha was wonderful.

Wow!! We had a fantastic stay. The home is beautiful and serene. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen is a chefs delight and the outdoor pool, huge hot tub and ice house sitting area are dreamy. We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the sunset. Beautiful views!!
The kitchen has RO water and ice. It has a professional gas stove and griddle (we cooked 2 packs of bacon and pancakes in no time).
The grocery store is about 20 minutes away.
The bedrooms are not connected to the main house so be aware that you will walk a very short distance to access the lounge and kitchen...might want an umbrella if it’s raining.

Lariat Springs exceeded my expectations! You feel like you are at a resort in the hill country. With the large spa and beautiful Infiniti pool surrounded by trees and hills you can not beat the view! The rooms were incredibly stylist and equipped with everything you could think of. The kitchen was a chefs dream and even has a pizza oven outside. This is a perfect place for an Intimate or large gathering where you can even get a private chef. I can’t say enough about this incredible property. Clean, spacious, stunning views, amazing amenities, and much much more! The pictures don’t do it’s justice. Can’t wait to go back!

Hands down, one of the best vacation rental properties I've stayed in, ever. The pictures of the inside and the views don't do this place justice. We had a team off-site and this home couldn't have been more perfect for our large group and our meetings throughout the day. The outdoor space is simply amazing from grills, a pizza oven, hot-tub, and pool house with a wet-bar and ice machine.The hot-tub at night was perfect as it was a little code outside since it is Feb. The bed's and bedrooms were perfect, as everyone raved about the comfort and having their own bathroom. The team at Cozi Vacation Rentals had perfect communication and the manager who greets you at the property, Martha, is delightful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It is only 15 miles from New Braunfels as well so our team was able to go to Gruene Hall for the night as well to catch a concert! All in all, perfect home and location if you're coming to New Braunfels or Canyon Lake! We will be back!
